Pros:

Beliggenheden og personalet i receptionen. Smilende og imødekommende

Cons:

Mangelfuld morgenmad. Der manglede alt fra brød til juice. Der blev ikke ryddet af, så man sad med gammel service fra de gæster som havde siddet ved bordet forinden. Der var pletter på bordene. Helt klart plads til forbedring

Sød og venlig medarbejder ved Check in.

Cons:

Ellers var personalet ret usynligt.
Min søster og jeg har boet på hotellet flere gange, senest i dec. 25 og så nu i maj 26. De sidste to gange er standarden faldet, og især morgenmaden var denne gang så kedelig og reduceret. Æg, pølser og bacon var koldt, der var ingen grønt på pålægsfadet, og den “friske” frugt kunne man altså ikke være bekendt at servere.

En fin vistelse med tjejgänget !
Pros:

Det låg centralt o bra. Vi var ett tjejgäng o vi hade bl.a bokat er lägenhet o den var jättefin o vi kunde alla samlas där. Vi hade två dubbelrum till . Personalen var mycket hjälpsam o trevlig .

Hotel ligger centralt. Mange kanaler på tv. Sengen udemærket. Gratis parkering

Cons:

Kloak lugt fra badeværelset, manglende kaffe faciliteter, rygeområde meget ring. Morgenmaden var meget simpel, meget lidt udvalg. Havarti er ik en god ost :-/.

Good place to stay one night if going to Hirtshals Ferry port.
Pros:

Close to train station and ferry terminal

Cons:

We arrived at 8 pm. We had difficulty reaching anyone at the phone number we were given to get the code to enter the night entrance. It appeared that the number may have been not working for a while as we tried multiple times on various phones for over 30 minutes.
