Pros:

Hotel, avec un équipement de qualité. Extrêmement bien positionnée et à un prix très compétitif.

Cons:

C’est juste dommage qu’il n’y ait pas pas un Rooftop…. pour pouvoir profiter des fins de journée ensoleillée.

Good location and service
Pros:

Location was very good, right in the piazza smn. There's an underground passageway nearby to the Smn station. Duomo is nearby too.
Concierge was extremely helpful, he gave us helpful tips and an annotated map of Florence.
Room was felt more spacious than described.
There was a magnifying mirror in the toilet which I didn't expect.
Lots of restaurants around the area.

Cons:

Nothing. Was pretty good.

Perfect stay in a central and welcoming hotel
Pros:

The location is ideal, very close to the city center, with all the main tourist attractions just a 10-20 minute walk away.
The warm welcome from the hotel staff: always available to answer my questions and suggest places to visit or restaurants to try.
The hearty, varied breakfast, with fresh and well-prepared products.
The tranquility of the hotel: despite its central location, the place remains surprisingly peaceful, allowing for a restful night after a busy day of sightseeing.

We had a really great time.
Pros:

Staff was super friendly, always available and helpful.
Decorations throughout the hotel were beautiful, you can really see it is done with passion.

If I will return to Venice I know already which hotel I will stay
Pros:

This was realy amazing hotel with very clean rooms and good location. Beakfast was very good. The hotel did compliment and give as free transportation to Murano factory, where was very gppd explanation. We enjoyed out time.

Cons:

usually in Venice the hotels are not so clean and with such big rooms. Also there was very tasty pizzeria just near hotel, that helps us to avoid too long walks when we were tired.
