Empfang und Betreuung war exzellent. Beim Einchecken wurde mir ein Upgrade ohne Aufpreis angeboten. Die gesamte Hotelbelegschaft war stets äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels und der Ausblick aus dem Zimmerfenster sind unübertrefflich. Die Küche des hoteleigenen Restaurants war vorzüglich.
Das Hotel scheint mir etwas in die Jahre gekommen zu sein. Das macht sich in besonderem Masse an den Bodenbelägen an der Wärmedämmung - in diesem doch rauhen Klima - an der tropfenden Heizung und an der teilweise erneurerungsbedürftigen Badezimmereinrichtung bemerkbar. Da ich während der letzten Woche vor Saisonende im Hotel logierte, ist zu hoffen, dass bis zur nächsten Saisoneröffnung einige Renovierungsarbeiten getätigt werden.

The staff and facilities were outstanding! They even have a cinema theatre that you can use. The staff is extremely helpful, polite and eager to help. The breakfast is amazing.
I'm doing buiseness travels a lot and usually staying in really expensive hotels around the globe. And this one that I've booked privately for my vacation was beating almost every hotel I was staying.

We absolutely loved this hotel. A highlight of our stay in Argentina. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was amazing. The views were incredible, the entire team were so professional and welcoming, and the restaurant was awesome. Every evening there was a guide to provide advice on activities and weather conditions. Highly recommend!
Would have been nice to have those fireplaces going when the snow set in. Not that it was cold. Just would have been cosy.

We had a fantastic stay here in El Chaltén. The staff was incredibly helpful—offering great recommendations for daily hikes and restaurants, and even assisting us with our luggage. After long days on the trails, the spa was a huge bonus; the hot tub and sauna were perfect for relaxing and recovering. Breakfast was also very good each morning. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay—we’d definitely recommend it.

The best place we stayed on our journey in Argentina. Hands down, probably the most luxurious one in El Chalten. Beautifully designed, we got an upgrade to a room with valley views. Breakfast was excellent, beyond the buffet selection you can order eggs, french toast, etc. Usually we don't prefer hotel restaurants but one evening we tried it for dinner after a long hike and it was delicious with great service. The staff was super helpful, they explained everything and were available whenever we needed advice.
We ordered lunchboxes for our hike, they prepared delicious sandwiches.
