Pros:

住宿硬件设施不错，住的很舒服，洗澡水很大，窗外风景很美

Cons:

在最后一天离店这天，在酒店早餐后坐大巴去CALAFATE，在路上竟然两人都出现腹泻状况，幸好车上有卫生间？早餐是在酒店吃的，水也喝的是酒店的。这是不是酒店的问题？

Fantastic stay with luxury room and facilities in El Chalten
Pros:

Hotel has a fantastic location about El Chalten. Make sure you get a room overlooking the river.

Cons:

Sink in tje bedroom but only a minor fault. Everything else was fantastic

“Almost” a perfect stay….
Pros:

A lot! They have incredible STAFF! Especially Mariano! At reception. He was a consummate professional genuinely going above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. He is truly an asset to Los Cerros and they are lucky to have him….And the wonderful restaurant staff (great Somm !), the restaurant was fantastic for dinner, also great breakfast and staff at breakfast!(don’t forget to tip the staff 10% at the end of your stay - they worked hard for you!). Views from all over the hotel are incredible, hotel common areas to the lounge….You can work and/or rest on rainy days in luxurious nooks with fantastic views. The hotel Alpaca boutique is fantastic and great quality goods. So Luxe! Some Of the best made goods we found in all of Argentina! I wish I’d bought more hats and scarves. The SOFTEST! The hotel has a local guide Ignacio, who was charming and had amazing information about local Highlights (tip him too!) and thank you, what a nice touch. Fantastic bar! So many things to love.

Cons:

Now for the things we didn’t love…..The gravel dirt road leading to the entry way seemed out of place at such a “prestigious” property and also made it problematic for any rooms on the south side of the building because there is NO air conditioning! In the rooms or in the entire hotel. When it’s warm you have to open the windows in your room to attempt to cool and when the wind is blowing, as it usually is in Patagonia, this will bring lots of gravelly road dust into your room. (No worries if your room is on the north side of the building, as this won’t be a problem). While I realize and understand that “most” of the time you may not need AC in Patagonia, you must know that when it trends warmer, the hotel lobby, hallways, rooms and all the common areas heat up like a sauna. It is nearly impossible to keep your room cool to sleep at night so pay attention to weather if this is important to you. For $500 a night for very basic rooms that desperately need an update (especially their bathrooms) we found this difficult to swallow. Also, hopefully they fixed this? But while we were there January of 2025, the spa area smelled of sewer which made it impossible to enjoy spa treatments/massages and amenities in the spa area (hot tub/dry sauna). Furthermore, spa area is only open from 3-9? This surprised us with so many weary hikers needing hot tub time to soothe tired bones. You can reserve for 45 minute sessions per 6 person group. They seemingly didn’t treat or clean the hot tubs in between guests so if you’re scheduled at 6 or 7, you are in after other dirty hikers that maybe didn’t shower before entering? Our water was dirty and cloudy from other guests when we entered. Yuck. Sorry to complain about this but it needs attention.

Pros:

Excellent and beautiful view. Staff was wonderful. The location can’t be beat in El Chalten.

Cons:

The days were beautiful and warm when we were there and our room had an expansive view with the sun shining in. As a result the room was hot and less ventilation and no screen on the window. The breeze was amazing but many flies came in. Not a complaint but was noted.

The value for price was not worth it. They cannot book transport from the airport. They offer hiking poll rental which they didn’t say in advance, they said we’d have to rent from a shop in town. They have a guide who is great for hikes, but doesn’t help with booking the passes in advance . We showed up for hikes without booking the tickets in advance- which could have easily been avoided with a little notice. There is no outdoor seating area and the lounge/dining area is prohibitively hot. There were dead spiders in the wine glasses we asked for. Honestly I expected more for the price. I would just get a tin hut in town and not pay extra for this place.

Pros:

Struttura pulita e accogliente. Staff molto cordiale e colazione e cena ottime. Un ringraziamento speciale a Mariano della reception per l’ accoglienza e ad Ignacio per l’ aiuto prezioso per le escursioni.

Pros:

Классный отель. Берите вид на горы не пожалеете. Хорошие завтраки. Обязательно сходите в отеле на ужин, к сожалению владелец не хочет выделять ресторан отдельном на картах он не отображается.

We stayed at Hotel Los Cerros for our honeymoon and everything exceeded our expectations.

The hotel showed great attention to the fact that it was a special trip for us, making us feel truly welcomed. Breakfast was excellent, with very good quality and variety.

The service was outstanding, especially when it came to organizing activities. Ignacio was incredibly helpful and professional, taking the time to suggest the best hiking trails based on weather conditions, timing, and our preferences. His advice made a real difference to our experience.

After check-out, we realized we had forgotten a hat in our room. The hotel kindly sent it by post to El Calafate and refused any reimbursement, a gesture that really shows their level of care and hospitality.

Highly recommended, especially for a special occasion.

I won't go there anymore after bad experiences
