The facilities definitely added value to our holiday. We enjoyed the pool, restaurant, and relaxing spaces around the hotel. Bam's service was friendly and genuine.
The swimming pool was probably our favorite part of the hotel. It was a great way to cool down after being outside all day. Bam was also very helpful

This is a beautiful resort with the most lovely staff. Nothing was too much for them and we were very appreciative of their hard work and how kind they were. We had some illness/health issues arise and the staff were very kind and helped with getting a doctor and doing what they could to help.
The pools are lovely- the swim up bar is fab again with such nice staff!
It’s a really good hotel for kids. We were upgraded to a family room and my daughter (4yo) was thrilled to see a little tent, some toys, a welcome pack and even a little step stool in the bathroom for her. There is a great kids club and good choices for them food wise.
The rooms are really nice but I do need to add that there seems to be an issue with the aircon throughout. We’re not sure why, but the humidity really affects the AC and our room was absolutely dripping with condensation- even the bedding and walls were wet. Other family members medication packets disintegrated from being so damp. I was fortunate enough to get a dehumidifier for our room which I had on 24/7 and was emptying the tank every few hours as it was full of water. It seemed to be a hotel-wide issue and should be looked into as it’s not safe in terms of making the floors slippery. We were there for 10 days and if I hadn’t been provided with the dehumidifier I would have had to move us. But am grateful to the staff for helping us.
The only other thing that I would warn people of is that there is a huge amount of steps. We were with my elderly dad who ended up being quite unwell/weak and we found it very hard to get him around. There’s steps into everything, inside and outside, and he couldn’t access the main pool as it was up so many stairs. So that’s something to take note of/be prepared for. It’s a great workout if you’re able bodied! The hotel itself is atop a very steep hill so use the tuk tuks to get around.
Again, the staff should be commended for their excellent friendly service and for how caring they were. Thank you 🙏🏽
Worst Experience with Staff, very non professional specially , they dont know how to talk with guest , i rooms are dirty and smelly, some time insacts also come in the room,
few of respection staff dont know how to talk with guest, beds and other places to sit are dirty, also restaurent close at 10 pm so u cannot order anything after that,
Location is also at very different, no beach access

Problème d’humidité dans les chambres , de l’eau coulait des murs le sol était trempé il ne fallait ni ouvrir les fenêtres ni éteindre la Clim sinon c était pire … nos vêtements sentaient mauvais à la fin vraiment t je ne recommande pas
I absolutely loved my stay here! This weekend was a special getaway with my 6-year-old daughter, and she had so much fun.
The hotel is situated in a lovely area on the hillside, just about 2 minutes from Kata Beach. The hotel’s complimentary shuttle service makes getting to the beach very convenient. It is also only around 5 minutes from the town center, where you can enjoy plenty of local street food.
We received such a warm welcome from the reception team. Special thanks to Khun Tina, thank you for your helpful and Khun Ae for their wonderful hospitality and assistance throughout our stay.
On our first evening, we decided to have dinner at En Vogue All Day Dining. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the delicious Indian cuisine. The following morning, we also enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a great variety of choices, including oat milk at the station.
All the staff provided outstanding service. The Canopy Bar team, in particular, was lovely, friendly, and polite. My daughter was especially delighted to meet the turtle mascot, which made her stay even more memorable. She had so much fun that she spent almost the entire afternoon enjoying the kids’ pool!
I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, especially for families. We truly had a wonderful time and created some lovely memories together!

Lovely hotel set in a beautiful location (very steep hill!)
Staff were very attentive and always ready to help. We stayed in a family suite and on the first night there was an issue with the electrics. Staff repeatedly tried to resolve it, but eventually had to move us to another suite. They did so quickly and arrange house keeping to organise the new room for us. The hotel was always clean. It is a nice touch having it more personalised for children.
The food was excellent with a good choice and always presented beautifully and served with a smile.
Our only criticism was the late housekeeping. We often didn’t have our room cleaned until after 5pm which was often when we’re getting back and wanted time in the room.
Overall, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Central location, shuttle provided to get to the beach daily until 9pm. Nice staff, especially Cartoon, she was lovely with the kids and very attentive. Good food options.
The floor was constantly wet and dangerous. We had to keep the AC on 21 all day to avoid too much moisture on the floors, meaning we were cold at night. Facilities like the kids' wet play area and the VR section were closed for days. The hill to get to the hotel OMG!
Staff are very helpful and friendly.
