Our family stayed at "Novotel Phuket Kata Avista" for 8 days in total.
The original plan was to stay 3 nights only in this hotel, and then move to another one if we weren't satisfied, eventually we chose to stay for our entire trip :
1. Warm Welcome : When we checked in, hotel staff were very warm and efficient, especially Meli at reception, besides introducing all facilities and amenities in this hotel, she led us to our room in person, and carefully explained how we should handle AC for the first time in Phuket, because of humidity and mosquitos/insects etc.
2. The Room: Room decor and hardware are actually standard, nothing amazing, however, Meli upgraded us to a Garden view Deluxe room, spacious & cozy, what's more, we were really impressed by the view we can see from the balcony : music, breeze, greenery in the garden, mountains in the distance, and a pool view too etc. :-)
3. Peaceful Retreat : Every day we came back from an exhausting tour (The heat in Phuket is really scorching), sitting on the balcony and soaking in the peaceful views, wiped away all our exhaustion. That is why and how we ended up staying longer in this hotel.
4. Exceptional Service: Last but not least, we were leaving on Feb.9th early morning around 8:00am, I was expecting to order a GRAB very easily and quickly, but surprisingly, NO car was available at that time in KATA! We were starting to panic about our flight, Nadear from the reception again helped us out by talking to a driver near the hotel entrance, we paid a little higher of course, but it indeed saved our day! :-)

Our check-out process yesterday was smooth and hassle-free, thanks to Den and May for handling everything quickly and efficiently. They were both professional, friendly, and very organized, which made our departure stress-free. Den, in particular, stood out throughout our stay here is always approachable, attentive, and ready to assist with a warm smile. The facilities is well maintained, and comfortable, making our overall experience even more enjoyable. From arrival to departure, everything was seamless.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel was spotless and beautifully presented, with attention to detail everywhere. Every single member of staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A very special thanks to Den on reception, who was fantastic! His excellent English and friendly, professional manner made everything so easy for us. We truly felt looked after from start to finish.
The facilities here are high-standard and there were so many activities to keep my young daughter entertained. The food was great with plenty of options, but what really stood out was the service.
A huge thank you to Cartoon in the restaurant for being so attentive and kind. She went out of her way to make sure my daughter was happy and well-taken care of. It’s staff like her that make a hotel feel special.

My daughter and I spent nearly two weeks at your hotel, and all I can say is that our experience was truly fantastic. Traveling from Switzerland, we always appreciate warm and genuine hospitality, and your team absolutely delivered.
From the restaurant staff to the Front Office, everyone was consistently kind and accommodating. We would especially like to mention Receptionist Den, who was absolutely incredible. Each day he greeted us with a smile and kindly checked if we needed anything. His attentiveness and positive personality genuinely made a difference in our stay.
It is team members like him who turn a good holiday into a memorable one. We felt very well taken care of and would happily return again.

I want to share the incredible impressions of my stay at the Novotel Phuket Kata Avista! From the first minutes we entered the reception, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of cordiality and impeccable cleanliness. The entrance group produces a wow effect - stylish, well–groomed, and you immediately feel that every detail is taken care of here.
But the most important thing is the people! The staff of Bam and Den are real professionals who greet you with sincere smiles and are always ready to help. We felt at home, and our children were absolutely delighted with the staff. I would especially like to note the amazing attitude of the staff towards children. They easily found a common language with the kids, making their holidays even more joyful and interesting.
I would like to say a special thanks to Jayden! This employee has become a real star for my children. When my son saw Jayden, he immediately ran to him with a joyful cry, hugged him, and it was so touching! Jaida communicated with the children with incredible warmth and patience, played with them, and this created a sense of true friendship. Well done, Jayden!
The atmosphere in the hotel is something special. Comfort, tranquility, attention to detail – all this creates ideal conditions for a relaxing holiday. All services are provided at the highest level, and the service staff are always unobtrusive, but at the same time very attentive.
The Novotel is more than just a hotel. It is a place where happy memories are created. We will definitely come back here again and recommend it to all our friends!

We had a great time at this hotel. Everyone was very kind and always ready to help. A staff member named Tab recommended places to visit, and Aon was at the bar.
I was in this hotel for two weeks, everyone was really nice. Bam, Den and Maj did a great Job. The location and the atmosphere are great. I would recommend this hotel.
We stayed at Novotel Phuket Kata for a few nights and overall had a pleasant experience.
The food at En Vogue restaurant was very good, and the drinks at the bar were definitely a highlight. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. Den, whom we often saw around the property, was approachable and helpful, and he assisted us with arranging the spa, which we appreciated.
This might be a late review I only remembered to write one after finding the card Den gave me tucked in my bag 😅 but overall, it was a nice stay and we’re grateful for the warm hospitality.

I love the room, the staff are all nice and approachable. I also the food at the restaurant. But your Staff Den is one of kind. He always make sure that our stay is comfortable. And also the other receptionist. Also the housekeeping staff.
Hotel molto vicino alla spiaggia di Kata beach, che è molto bella, più di Karon troppo grande e dispersiva. Per ritornare dalla spiaggia c'è una salita molto ripida, per chi non se la sente c'è comunque una navetta gratuita dell'hotel in tutti gli orari, piscina comoda, staff gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Ci tornerò sicuramente.
The stay was very enjoyable. The staff in front desk, Meli provided excellent service and were kind, welcoming, and professional throughout. I would gladly choose this hotel again.
We stayed at the Novotel Phuket Kata Avista Resort with my friends, and everything was perfect. The staff were very kind, especially James at the front desk. The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to Kata Beach, and they provide a shuttle bus up and down. We highly recommend this hotel for an excellent stay.
