Housekeeping staff were excellent and always polite and helpful.

Cons:

Openly we were expecting more from a hotel but it has limited things to offer. One restaurant for whole hotel and sometimes it was limited due to some events for companies. Secondly nothing works after 10pm, no from service and hotel doesn’t accommodate flexibilities on that.
Limited dishes for kids, we were ordering from outside only and had to pick up from reception at least two times a day. Imagine leaving your kids alone in the room and going to lobby to bring the food. That’s nonsense. Hotel is considered as family oriented but nothing kid to eat for kids from room service.

Pros:

Расположение. Хотя многи не довольны подъёмом, но нам с 5 летним ребенком это вообще не доставляло неудобств. Зато отель расположен чуть в стороне от скопления людей, но за 5 минут вы уже в самой варке (если любите). Завтраки не плохие. Номера просторные, но уже очень старые, запах плесени присутствует. Хочет скорее выйти из номера. Территория отеля маленькая, бассейны небольшие, больше для детей.

Cons:

Запах плесени. Не особо дружелюбный персонал. Мы приехали в 13, нас посадили в холле ждать, когда подготовят номер. В итоге мы заселились в 16.

Great location and really good food offerings. Family really enjoyed the facilities.
Pros:

Really good location to access Phuket town centre and beaches. We went for the half board option and we really enjoyed the food options. We organised a nice boat trip via the hotel as well.

Hotel staff were very helpful and property was clean.

Personalen va verkligen så trevliga och omtänksamma, maten va otroligt bra speciellt frukosten den slår många hotell. Samt hotell rummet va otroligt trevligt
Hotellet har oxå en buss som går från hotellet ner till stranden och de går att hyra badhanddukar av hotellet mot en liten deposition som man får tbx
Perfekt för barnfamiljer

Cons:

Lite dåligt med solstolar runt poolen men är väl inte jätte konstigt när den inte är jätte stor
En ganska brant backe upp men hotellet står för buss ner dagtid

Excellent property, lovely staff and beautiful accomodation.

This property is beautiful and the pictures do not show it to its potential, lovely location, peaceful, short walk to everything you need and very lovely staff. Food and drinks were great too. Reception staff gifted my daughter a soft toy when checking out.

Pros:

Room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Shuttle bus availbility was good.

Cons:

If the eating area was all encloed with airconditioning it would have been better. Dairy food like cheese or milk or butter desserts should have been in fridge with open doors rather than using fans. Guests needed to be reminded not to pick up cut fruits or food with hands. Bed matresses were not comfortable.
