Pros:

Дружелюбный персонал. Просили переселить из старого корпуса в виду высокой влажности - помогли, переселили. Номера просторные, чистые, все необходимое есть, даже утюг. Бассейны чистые и достаточно просторные. Рядом пляж Ката 5-7 минут ходьбы, до Карона около 10-15 минут, понравились оба. Завтраки вкусные

Cons:

Гора! Отель находится на горе и подниматься каждый раз это мучение. Ходят автобусы от отеля по расписанию, но подстраиваться под него не очень хочется

המיקום גרוע על גבעה.
משפחה של 5 ולא טרחו לומר לנו שאין חדרים עם דלת מקשרת. הביאו לנו שני חדרים צמודים שפונים ממש למסדרון ולשביל לבריכה כלומר ישירות לבחוץ וזה היה גרוע ולא נוח. לא ניקו לנו את החדר רק ב 19:00 כשאנחנו התקשרנו לבקש.

Pros:

Хорошее расположение (не смотря на небольшой холм), между пляжей Ката и Карон. До пляжа Ката 5 минут пешком, Карон минут 10. К пляжу Ката также ходит шатл от отеля. Отель соответствует 4*, не новый, но в целом ухоженный и видно что периодически обновляется. Инфраструктура для семей с детьми вся в отеле есть, отличные чистые бассейны, игровая комната и площадка. На территории работает ресторан, два бара (один в бассейне), очень много зелени. Выдают ваучеры со скидками на еду (30-50%), бесплатные напитки и прочее. Очень приветлевый персонал. Отдельное спасибо сотруднику на ресепшн Mia, помогла решить вопрос с местным банком по возврату забытой в банкомате карте.

Красиво, классный бассейн и бар. Есть флаера на напитки в баре и другие развлечения , вежливый персонал. Очень много детей

Cons:

Какие-то проблемы с полотенцами, прям нужно просить иногда несколько раз , чтобы приносили в нужном количестве . Завтрак неплохой, но однообразный , всю неделю невозможно это есть.
