It took me 5 hrs to clean the room. Would not recommend
Good clean room
What I didn’t like was the microwave was arcing and flashing out the back and I felt it might catch on fire. Thus I was unable to heat my dinner. I did try phoning someone but went to mail. No won contacted back.
Every other aspect was ok and position was convenient. I was in room 701.
I had a huge apartment on 7th floor with 2 bedrooms, 2 ensuites, kitchen & Lounge.
It was PERFECT although it was a freezing night, and the 1 split system heater struggled to keep the whole unit warm.
Overall, VERY Pleased, will certainly use again!!

Overall good place to stay
There was an uncomfortable smell in hallways, a permanent resident had a loud party, allocated parking unavailable ending with street parking which didn’t feel safe, beds were extremely comfortable and rooms were clean.

Location was excellent
We stayed 4 nights, no WiFi apparently there was a problem with the system. There was also a problem with the antenna so there was no Channel 7 to watch the footy. We were told to us 7 app but there was no WiFi.
Our friends in the other apartment also had a similar problem. There was no one at the reception during the day for customer service only a number to call. We called the number and no reply.
There should be someone available in case of Emergency
Pretty quiet place but reception for wifi and tv is quite poor on 7th floor. Also, why have a single cup, glass, plate, etc?
First of all this is not a hotel. It is a apartment complex.
Everyone cooked in their units small horrible.
Then manager in this location very rude and bully .
I stayed 7 night in this place no one came to do houses keeping.
I don't recommend to anyone .

Some rooms are in need of an update. Management was very responsive to request for a hairdryer and came quickly when locked out of our room.
Getting in contact with property from overseas was extremely difficult when booking through Expedia. Facilities were not clean and very noisy rooms. Not comfortable at all. Do not recommend staying here. Very disappointed.
