Por meses eh reservado ahí y ni así te tratan como cliente ….

Siempre el restaurante y uno de los caballeros que te recibe por la mañana !

Cons:

Subí de nivel en la app y recibí un mejor precio así que reservé 2 noches , en el hotel , al ver que había pagado menos de lo normal en la app ; me mandaron a un cuarto con olor a vinagre ( tal vez acababan de desinfectar ) con una tele más pequeña que las de temu y mas vieja que el mismísimo Orfeòn , el día de mi llegada dejé ropa apara lavandería la cual perdieron o no se que pasó pero nunca la lavaron y me la entregaron el día de mi salida sucia , literal , igual que se las entregué y sin una razón .
Muuuy mal esta vez .
Me quejé co gerencia y culparon a la app de booking por las inconsistencias.

Gente haciendo su trabajo sin querer hacerlo !!!

Cons:

Solicité a servicio al cliente una opción para guardar un medicamento (insulina) en frío y no tuve respuesta, cuando no hubo solución... Pedí cancelar mi reservación para asegurar mi estancia y medicamentos en otro hotel y no se me permitió, me multarían con el precio total de la estancia. Solo necesitaba apoyo para guardar medicina en un refrigerador, ya fuera en su cocina, en alguna habitación con frigobar, etc.

Pros:

観光名所が徒歩圏内。周りにレストランやコンビニがあり夜間でも出歩ける明るさである。ベッドも部屋も広くメキシコでは珍しくティッシュがおいてある。四ツ星ホテルにしては値段が安い。シャワーのお湯がきちんと出る。

Cons:

フロントに荷物を預けるときにごちゃごちゃ言うやつがいた。チェックアウトして荷物預けるだけに何かごちゃごちゃいう必要ありますか。たぶん自分はフロントだからポーターに言えと言いたいのでしょう。一気にこのホテルのイメージ悪くなり評価も下がりました。ホテルなのに一方的にスペイン語を話す、英語ぐらい話すべきです。四ツ星ホテルでこのスタッフのレベルには驚きました。

un hotel en el centro a un precio muy conveniente
Pros:

Excelente ubicación cerca de la Alameda-Bellas Artes y a unos 15-20 minutos caminando del zócalo. Buena relación calidad/precio. Buena red WiFi. Se encuentra en una zona muy segura con mucha vigilancia policial.
