The staff was more than kind

Great locaton in the heart of Oslo
Pros:

Very quiet, great location.

Cons:

Shower cubicle far too small. Towel service forgot to give new set on Wednesday but I inquired on Thursday and new set delivered. Bed sheets changed on the last night of stay, why bother?

Bra beliggenhet, ellers skuffende.

Bra beliggenhet.

Cons:

1) manglet håndklær på rommet.
2) kontakt telefon fungerte ikke. Så jeg fikk ikke tak i noen for å løse problemet.
3) tett vask.
4) postkasse til nøkkelkortavlavering stod åpen (sikkerhetsrisiko).
5) mailet hotell omgående da jeg oppdaget manglende håndklær. Fikk svar dagen etter som egentlig ikke ga mye mening (politisk korrekt svar, men adresserte ikke hva jeg spurte om).

Hyggelig løsning på problemet da man først fikk kontakt.

Cons:

Ingen åpnet ved ankomst. Ringte på flere ganger og ble stående på gaten til noen arbeidere tilfeldigvis skulle ut og slapp meg inn. Dårlig start å ikke komme seg inn.

Rom lignet minimalt på promo-bildet.

Høy ventilasjonsstøy i taket som "blafret"
Kjøleskap som stod rett på gulv og lagde vibrasjoner opp i seng konstant
Ventilasjonsrør på vegg utenfor som bidro til bråket og vibrasjon på rom 401.

Ingen svar å få ved ønske om bytte til stillere rom. Verken på mail, via kontaktskjema x 3 eller vakttelefon. Etter 4 timer venting, ble det checkout.

Postkassen til adgangskort var ulåst og alle kort lå synlig, veggene i kassa datt ut ved åpning av lokk.

Stod flere gjester utenfor da jeg dro, disse var fremmedspråklige og kom heller ikke inn, ingen svarte på ringeklokke.
