Pros:

L'emplacement, la taille et le confort du lit, la facilité du chck-in et check-out.

Cons:

Absence de climatisation. Impossible d'ouvrir en grand la fenêtre. Il faisait 30 degrés dans le logement pour une température extérieure de 24.

Pros:

Location is perfect. All the attractions are within walking distance or just a short tram ride away. There are grocery stores supermarkets around the apartment within a walking distance too. The apartment is very bright with too big windows facing south and cleaning comes every other day to change the sheet towel and clean up the bins. There’s a lift to go all the way to the top floors so you don’t have to climb the stairs with your luggage at all.

Cons:

It’s not the properties problem, but during my stay there was construction going on in the neighbouring buildings. The noise level must be higher than usual.

Liker beliggenheten, enkel innsjekking og gode priser

Cons:

Ble vekket kl. 08.00 av at jeg måtte lukke vindu. Sikkert pga utvendig vask, men det hadde vært fint med en bekskjed inne på rommet ved ankomst, slik at etter en lang kveld på jobb slipper å bli vekket av personalet så tidlig.

Pros:

L'espace dans la chambre. Le chek-in et check-out simple et efficace.

Cons:

Absence de thermostat pour régler la température du chauffage. Il faisait trop chaud dans la salle de bain et même dans la chambre.

Good location, easy check-in procedure.

Cons:

It was very difficult to get into the building. The instructions said to simply ring the doorbell. This placed a call which went straight to voicemail. After two attempts, I rang the number which was written at the door which went to a general facility manager who told me that I had to press the doorbell. Luckily, someone then went outside and hence I could slip inside. From there on, the check-in went smoothly. Also, the room was quite warm, since there is no air-conditioning.

After all it was a good accommodation I can recommend and would book again
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, size of the room

Cons:

No power outlets around the bed or at all, only above the kitchen sink. The light above the mirror did not work bathroom was quiet dark. In the yard there is a Mexican restaurant which can be a bit noisy however I liked the live music from there.

Stay for two nights.
Pros:

No staff, all self serve, but excellent location, and a clean and comfortable room. value-wise it's right in the middle.

Cons:

Nothing really, maybe a tad expensive for one person in a double, but for a couple it's quite alright.

Prosty, ale bardzo dobry hotel
Pros:

Hotel był w świetnej lokalizacji. Na tej samej ulicy są kawiarnia, piekarnia, 7-Eleven. Kawałek dalej znajduje się KIWI. Lokalizacja blisko przystanków autobusowych i tramwajowych; w pobliżu znajduje się Pałac Królewski. Sama dzielnica jest bardzo przyjemna i bezpieczna. W pobliżu są fajne restauracje. W hotelu jest sprawna winda. Wszystko odbywa się bez kontaktu z personelem: check-in przy maszynie lub online (u mnie nie działało). Jeśli chodzi o pokój (jednoosobowy), to był czysty, łóżko duże i w miarę wygodne, łazienka w porządku. Największy plus to mały aneks kuchenny w pokoju z mikrofalą i sztućcami. Świetnie sprawdził się bardzo wydajny grzejnik. Był także telewizor smart TV oraz Youtube. Co prawda ściany czy elementy wyposażenia były trochę zużyte, ale mój pokój był naprawdę czysty, co jest NAJWAŻNIEJSZE. Ogólnie jestem zadowolony z pobytu w tym miejscu i jeśli cena będzie na odpowiednim, nie wygórowanym poziomie, to tu wrócę.

Cons:

Z minusów to jedyne, o czym chcę wspomnieć, to pierwsze wejście do budynku. Skorzystałem z instrukcji, ale nie mogłem otworzyć drzwi. Dzwoniłem domofonem, ale drzwi się nie otwierały, mimo że miały być otwierane zdalnie. Na szczęście byłem tam koło 17:30 i akurat jeden z gości hotelowych wychodził z budynku, więc mogłem wejść. Dlatego też obawiałem się zostawiania bagażu w przechowywalni, bo martwiłem się, że nie uda mi się szybko wejść do budynku przed wylotem. Nie byłem jedyną osobą, która miała ten problem — rano jeden z nowych gości chciał dostać się do hotelu, aby zostawić bagaż przed zameldowaniem i dzwonek również nie otwierał drzwi.

Heerlijk plekje, alles in de buurt, beetje last van de herrie in de straat maar met oordoppen goed te doen.
Pros:

Goede locatie, netjes, alles in de buurt. Fietsen aan de overkant en bakkerij onder het appartement. Keukentje heeft alles wat je nodig hebt.

Cons:

Veel geluid in de straat. Toen wij er waren was het super mooi weer. Je hoort alles van buiten. In de kamer is het wat warm dus de ramen wil je open. Er rijdt ook af en toe een tram langs. En een vet irritante Ferrari die graag heen en weer rijdt 🤪

Comfortable, but bring extension chords or power banks for your devices.
Pros:

Well appointed, more than what you'd need in terms of classic comforts - a well designed kitchenette, spacious bathroom, beautiful windows with views of a bustling part of Oslo. Mostly quiet.

Cons:

There were absolutely no outlets in places where you need them. When I reached out to the staff to see if they could help me by loaning me a extension chord, they took over 24 hours to respond that they needed another day to look into it. While the room is spacious, this really works against you when the only outlets close the bed are dozens of meters away across the eating area and by the mounted TV and kitchenette. Check-in and check-out are completely automated to the point of feeling austere and spooky, especially late at night. On the flip side, the lively bars and restaurants around the hotel keep the noise outside going pretty late if you're sensitive to noise.
