Beautiful room with sea view
Pros:

Beautiful renovated room with the best sea view I've ever had. The breakfast was wonderful each morning and the pool and beach access were superb. I could even hang my hammock between palm trees on the beach. Great location within walking distance of many restaurants.

Cons:

Wish there was a microwave in the room, and a balcony with a clear glass railing to see the view even better would be nice.

Very bad not recommended
Pros:

It’s was clean, the room was big that’s it. Balcony covered with birds poo.

Cons:

Reception lady (India) she is not very nice while checked In. She trying to charge us RM68 per night if we would like to upgrade to Seaview room as we accidentally booked a wrong room. Upgraded on booking.com only about RM60 the entire stayed. Pool closed at 7pm which is ridiculous, normally pool not close till 10, the gate to enter the beach was closed at 8pm and we were locked. There was an elderly man were locked with us too, but the hotel staff refuse to unlocked it. We re all end up claims the gate. The breakfast buffet was poor, not love into the food was presents. Everything looks very bad. The food not fresh and cold. No lift access to the parking so we have to dragged our luggage to claims the stair.

Don’t believe the pics and don’t do it !
Pros:

The two front staff
And that’s all checked out after one hour and paying for 5 nights

Cons:

The fact it’s classed as 4 star and more like 2 star , couldn’t use beach no chairs like picture has you believe, the rooms are very basic and lots of insects , the loungers are disgusting , very run down all together and hardly anything around outside the property we ended up paying for another 4 star in George Town The Granite same price and pure luxury

Cons:

The cafe worker attitude was so rude, doesnt feel as professional at all, really disappointed. Room full of ants, ot safe to keep belongings especially food.
