Perfect Stay in Old San Juan
Pros:

Great location, close to everything in Old San Juan. I especially loved the rooftop area with the Jacuzzi—it was the perfect place to relax after exploring the city.

Location is the best part. Hotel is also beautifully decorated.

Cons:

Staff were not friendly. Lacked hospitality. Specially the reception supervisor who, when asked a favor, refused and refuses to talk.

Great locastion but rooms were very dated and not anywhere close to the photos used to advertise on the booking website.

Vintage hotel that can use some hospitality 101.
Pros:

I like the vintage decor and spacious room.

Cons:

The front desk clerk was not welcoming at all and we could barely understand him or the instructions he gave us to our room. It took for us to take two elevators up and down to get to our room. We also speak Spanish fluently so it wasn’t a language barrier issue.

Perfect place to stay if you want to be close to everything Oks San Juan has to offer.

It’s the perfect location to enjoy Old San Juan.

Cons:

Paint was peeling in the bathroom. The whole bedroom needed some TLC.
