We would like to inform you that our hotel will have a power outage scheduled as follows.
Date: 2025, September 4th
Time: 11AM-3PM
During the maintenance, all electric power supply inside building will be stopped, and no one can stay in the building.
The electric supply in the room will be as usual in the night.
During the power outage period,
1. All the guests are required to stay out from the building.
2. Please Check out before 11:00 AM on 4th of Sep.
3. Guests cannot check in before 3:00 PM on 4th of Sep.
4. All electrical equipment, including computers, refrigerator, and TVs are NOT available in rooms.
* Please kindly be advised that your PC should be turn off.
5. We cannot keep your luggage after check out and before check in.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Everything was clean and easy to locate. Staff were super helpful and happy to answer any questions.
Small rooms, which was expected. But decently sized compared to other hotels we have stayed at on our trip.
Villa Fontaine in Otemachi is a hotel with very good location, close to two big metro stations which will get to anywhere in the city. Also, closeby are 7/11s and Family Marts. The room was small, but we were aware of that. It is impossible to have two big bags opened in the room, espeically if you have those that do not open on the top. Cleaning was done every couple of days, and trash and towels are changed every day.
Upon checking in and arriving to our room, we realized that it is not posible to open the window. Also, since it was our second stay and we remembered the size of first room, because the second one was just a tiny bit smaller due to a part of a wall in the corner portruding into the room. When you have to be in that room for over a week, even that tiny bit counts. I assume that it was some kind of structural element for the building. Now, back to the window. We got back to the lobby and asked about the window and the ability to open it (window could be opened in the first room). The lady at the conunter told us that there is a regulation in Japan and that the windows must not be opened and that the ability to open the window in our first room was a mistake and that we could change rooms in the morning. In the morning nobody talked about the regulation on closed windows, and we were moved to another room where the window could open and the room size was as it should be. Bad room no. - 1001. Good room no. 902. I would come back to this hotel, but would be carefull with room inspection on arrival.
My grade would be a 10 for this stay, but -0.5 for small differences in room sizes and -1.5 for lying to customers, makes it 8.

La salle de bain était de taille très correcte. Le personnel était très gentil et nous a même aidé à trouver un tournevis pour réparer des lunettes.
La taille des chambres, elles sont assez petites pour leur prix.
L'emplacement de l'hotel n'est pas idéal car il est assez loin des stations de métros et il n'y a pas grand chose pour déjeuner à proximité.

This hotel is in a very convenient location. There are several train lines that you can catch close by and convenience stores in any direction you walk.
The room that we had was much more outdated than what they show online.
