We would like to inform you that our hotel will have a power outage scheduled as follows.

Date: 2025, September 4th
Time: 11AM-3PM

During the maintenance, all electric power supply inside building will be stopped, and no one can stay in the building.
The electric supply in the room will be as usual in the night.

During the power outage period,
1. All the guests are required to stay out from the building.
2. Please Check out before 11:00 AM on 4th of Sep.
3. Guests cannot check in before 3:00 PM on 4th of Sep.
4. All electrical equipment, including computers, refrigerator, and TVs are NOT available in rooms.
* Please kindly be advised that your PC should be turn off.
5. We cannot keep your luggage after check out and before check in.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Pros:

The hotel is well located, the staff is extremely friendly, and the overall stay was good.

Cons:

The rooms are small, with very little space to move around or place your luggage. The windows can only be opened slightly.

Zweckmäßige Unterkunft für alle, die keinerlei zusätzlichen Komfort erwarten
Pros:

Wie immer in Japan freundliches Personal. Zimmer von der Größe her akzeptabel, gute Klimaanlage, Ausstattung ok. Mehrere U-Bahn-Stationen in Reichweite, allerdings liegt das Hotel in einer Bürogegend: Am Wochenende ist da also nicht viel los, was insbesondere die Möglichkeiten zum auswärtigen Frühstücken deutlich einschränkt.

Cons:

Die BIlder vermitteln m.E. einen wesentlich komfortableren Eindruck, als man dann geboten bekommt: Das Zimmer war ok, hatte aber auch keinerlei Ausstattungsmerkmale, die es in irgendeiner Weise gemütlich gemacht hätten. Direkt gegenüber befand sich ein weiteres Hochhaus - wenn man von dort nicht beobachtet werden wollte, musste man also die total hässliche Gardine zuziehen (und befand sich dann entsprechend in einem dunklen Raum). Fenster konnte man öffnen, was wegen des Straßenlärms aber zu keinem Zeitpunkt eine sinnvolle Option war (dafür funktionierte die Klimaanlage sehr gut). Frühstück ist wegen der begrenzten Auswahl und der wiederum ziemlich ungemütlichen Räumlichkeiten nur sehr eingeschränkt zu empfehlen, allerdings gab es in diesem Fall kaum auswärtige Ausweichoptionen.
