We would like to inform you that our hotel will have a power outage scheduled as follows.
Date: 2025, September 4th
Time: 11AM-3PM
During the maintenance, all electric power supply inside building will be stopped, and no one can stay in the building.
The electric supply in the room will be as usual in the night.
During the power outage period,
1. All the guests are required to stay out from the building.
2. Please Check out before 11:00 AM on 4th of Sep.
3. Guests cannot check in before 3:00 PM on 4th of Sep.
4. All electrical equipment, including computers, refrigerator, and TVs are NOT available in rooms.
* Please kindly be advised that your PC should be turn off.
5. We cannot keep your luggage after check out and before check in.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

The place is in the heart of the Tokyo city. Just 10-12 mins walk from Tokyo central station. Hotel staff was very helpful to extend my stay longer due to flight delays.

L'emplacement était parfait. Le personnel accueillant et gentil. Ils ont eu la gentillesse de garder nos bagages au début (pour plusieurs jours)et à la fin de notre séjour (quelques heures). Le prêt de parapluie a aussi été très apprécié.
Great base to stay at in Tokyo for first timers (which we were). Only a 10min walk to two train stations Kanda and Otemachi which can get you to wherever in Tokyo. There is a 7/11 next to the hotel with an ATM and obviously food. It’s also a 15min walk from the Imperial Palace. Rooms are very quiet especially on the 11th floor and very clean, and towels get replaced everyday.
My only negative would be the room was very small but that is understandable it seems in Tokyo. It’s not a deal breaker but people with 2 big suitcases may struggle. You cannot ope the open for fresh air, but again completely understandable why.
