è la seconda volta che soggiorniamo in questo hotel, devo dire che ha tutto quello che serve. Le camere non sono grandissime ma comunque rispetto anche ad altri hotel a tokyo la dimensione è accettabile e il bagno soprattutto è molto grande. La posizione è ottima nel cuore di kabuchiko a shinjuku. Il quartiere è molto vivo e c'è folla a tutte le ore. Sicuramente ha il suo fascino, ma se vi piace la tranquillità assoluta può non fare per voi. Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo e sicuramente lo consiglieremmo a chiunque voglia soggiornare in questa zona di tokyo

Pros:

The place middle of Shinjuku so you can easily access the places you wanted to go.also place has some certificate from police instead of others so that's makes
you safe middle of sincity.

Cons:

Actually there was an some regenrations on higher s floors. We didn't hear anything but it will be perfect if we can know earlier.

Pros:

Ubicación. Servicios al cliente, sauna independiente dentro de la habitación. Era una habitación grande comparada con otras de Japón. Teniamos buen espacio para dejar maletas. Muy bien por esa parte.

Cada dia dejaban una bolsita con bebida energética y otra tipo aquarius. No la consumiamos todas pero es un super detalle.

Cons:

El baño quizás por la zona, olía un poco a cloaca. No era por limpieza sino que venía directamente de cloacas. Cerrando la puerta se solucionaba.

Hotel Céntrico y tranquilo en Shinjuku
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, en pleno centro de Shinjuku pero en una calle tranquila, donde no hay ruidos, alejada de las calles peatonales. Está al lado de 3 estaciones por lo que es perfecto para moverse por Tokio, hotel muy cómodo.

Cons:

El punto negativo es que teníamos 4 habitaciones y el primer día pagamos 25€ por el early check in de una de ellas para poder dejar todas las maletas en esa habitación y salir a visitar la ciudad, pero una vez lo habíamos pagado el chico de la recepción nos decía que solo podíamos entrar las maletas de 2 personas, para entrar las de los otros teníamos que pagar el resto de habitaciones. Estuve 10 minutos intentando hacerle entender al hombre que solo ibamos a dejar las maletas y ya está, pero no hubo manera, no nos dejaron. No se entiende como ayudan tan poco al huésped, que solo quiere dejar todas las maletas juntas en una misma habitación después de un viaje largo, son ganas de generar malestar porque si. Si no fuera por este incidente la puntuación sería de un 10.

Es war alles prima. Es gibt kein Frühstück im Hotel, das hat uns aber nicht gestört, da es viele Möglichkeiten in der direkten Nachbarschaft gibt.
