My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The rooms and toilets were extremely cold, and unfortunately, the heater did not work properly, which made the stay very uncomfortable, especially during colder hours. Additionally, the rooms were very small and lacked basic comfort, making it difficult to relax or move around easily. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and improvements in heating and room comfort are definitely needed.
