Pros:

위치가 JR 도쿄역에 가깝다. 걸어서 비교적 쉽게 갈 수 있다. 도쿄 중심지에 교통편으로 쉽게 접근할 수있다. 싱글 침대 2개가 더블보다 좋았다. 가성비도 좋다. 어메너티를 자유롭게 사용할 수 있다. 수건 교환을 잘해주었고 청소도 원하면 최소의 정리를 매일 해주었다. 밤에 비교적 조용한 지역이었다. 가까운 곳에 편의점이 제법 큰 것이 있어 필요한 물품을 어느정도 채울 수 있었다. 욕조가 있어 피로 풀기에 좋았다.

Cons:

일찍 해가 뜨는 초여름 시간에 암막 커튼이 약간 아쉬웠다.

Pros:

Me gusto todo,
la habitación tenía buen tamaño para ser Tokio, todo muy limpio, el personal de recepción súper amable, nos ayudaron mucho a mandar las maletas a Kioto. Muy recomendable, y en un barrio muy tranquilo y bonito.

Pros:

ユニットバスは仕切りのカーテンに臭いもなく、見える範囲に黒カビもなかった。
駅も飲食店もコンビニも近いので便利な場所ではあった。

Cons:

リファのドライヤーとヘアアイロンが借りれるが、フロントで申請書の記入が必要。返却もチェックアウト時にフロントまで持参。ヘアアイロンを希望したのに部屋に戻って袋を見るとドライヤー。面倒くさいのでフロントに再度行くのは諦めた。
収納スペースや物を置くところが極端に少ない。
狭い中でも工夫しているホテルはたくさんある。
うがいのコップも部屋のコップも全てガラス。洗面台と入口すぐのところに置いてある。清潔ではあるが、熊本の地震を見たあとだと不安になった。
２階からホテルの真ん中部分が吹き抜けで空が見えている。
そのため１階以外はフロアエアコンはなく、部屋に入るまでめちゃくちゃ暑かったし、
外出して部屋に戻った時もめちゃくちゃ暑かった。
各部屋に付いているのは家庭用のエアコン。
部屋のサイズに合ったものではないようで、付けると設定温度：２８度、送風量：しずかで運転しても寒くなった。でも、消すとすぐに暑くなる。
カーテンの遮光性が低く、朝は眩しくて6時前に目が覚めた。

Great location near Tokyo train station, easy if you're transferring.
