comfortable beds, good bath/shower, free toiletries and tea facilities. helpful staff – helped us with luggage forwarding. currency exchange machine with a good rate in the lobby.
although the room wasn't tiny (but Japanese standards) there was absolutely no storage, none, just 5 hangers on the wall. paper shopping bags filled with trash were not removed from the room throughout the entire duration of the stay – don't know maybe it is the hotel policy. the hotel is kinda hard to find for the first couple of times if you are walking.

Rooms are pretty basic and it can be noisy at night.
Very close to Ginza and a short taxi ride to Haneda airport. The lobby is awesome and huge. Very clean property! Daily happy hour was great too!
things we didn't enjoy - breakfast - we prefer a continental breakfast and on that front the choices weren't great. The place serving breakfast was a separate restaurant in the building that the hotel has tied up with (I think). Secondly, the laundry facilities were very limited. Just 1 W/D in a couple of floors are not enough for a big hotel. Lastly, our bathroom had several issues - funky smell in the toilet and shower and a faulty bidet sensor that kept on flushing the toilet every few seconds and was annoying. Lastly, the staff weren't friendly (they were polite for sure) and I didn't get the feeling this was a 4 star property but more a 3 star property. The bathroom amenities were also very basic. Overall I didn't enjoy my stay at this property. We stayed at 4 different hotels during our stay in Japan and this was by far the worst of the lot unfortunately

A due passi dalla stazione metro e a qualche minuto a piedi dalla Tokyo Tower.
La stanza era accogliente e pulita; ci hanno fornito pigiama, spazzolino e dentifricio, pettine, tisane e pigiama. Mi è spiaciuto starci solo l’ultima notte del nostro viaggio

Great location, right above the subway to everywhere, nice entrance, spacious rooms, only thing I’ll like then to clean room everyday. But we were able to leave luggage for 4 days while we travel to Kyoto at no extra charge. Convinced stores super close by.
