エントランスからいい香りに包まれました。
広いお部屋で過ごさせていただきましたが、置いてある家具やグラス、コーヒーカップ、ドライヤー、ルームウェアなどなど、細部に至るまで心地よいものを使われていて、感心しました。チェックアウトギリギリまでゆったりと過ごせました。
とくにはありません(^^)
Very clean and efficient, we arrived too early to get our room so we left our luggage and when we returned it had already been taken to our room. The location is near a main station though the station is huge and it is quite a walk to get to some lines. There is a comminual kitchen.
The rooms are a bit small. There is no restaurant in the hotel though, there is one nearby. The area caters for office workers so some of the local shops are not open at weekends.

L'hotel ha l'ingresso che converge con l'uscita n.10 della metro shiodome. Ci hanno tenuto j bagagli gratuitamente dopo aver fatto il check out.
La camera tripla molto piccola. Non c'era spazio per le valigie. Avrei preferito una doccia a una vasca con tendina.

Les chambres sont relativement petites mais nous le savions au moment de la réservation
En revanche, nous n’avons pas compris pourquoi un supplément de 216 euros (sur 5 nuits) nous a été appliqué à l’arrivée parce que notre enfant avait 10 ans alors que dans la réservation sur booking il était spécifié que le tarif était pour deux adultes et un enfant de 10 ans et moins. 10 ans et moins ça ne signifie pas moins de 10 ans. Donc nous n’aurions pas du payer ce supplément pour l’enfant de 10 ans. Après 15 heures de vol depuis la France, nous n’avons pas eu le courage de contester mais nous trouverons cette facturation indue et regrettable.
I liked the location, it was quiet and easy to access the train station. The staff was amazing, breakfast was great, and rooms were cleaned well when requested.
I didn’t like how small the rooms were and lack of space for suitcases (we booked for 3 people). I did not like that there was no ventilation in the rooms too and the carpets smelled moldy.
