Love it and also close to the train station
Pros:

When you get a cleaning room service it's always the best what the give you it's so clean and fresh everytime I'm happy about the hygiene. Staff are also very helpful by every situation. I recommend this hotel for sure also for the next visit I will choose this

Cons:

Equipe de atendimento totalmente despreparada, não falam inglês, dificil comunicação, muito complicados e confusos. Tivemos problemas nas 2 vezes que fizemos check in no hotel pois ficamos lá e depois fomos a Kioto e voltamos pra lá. Queriam cobrar a mais (errôneamente) e como não falam nada em inglês a comunicação é extremamente complicada. O hotel tem a parte reformada e a antiga. Na hora de fazer reserva no booking isso devia estar mais explicado. Na primeira estadia ficamos na reformada que é um pouco melhor mas na segunda estadia ficamos na antiga. Quartos muito pequenos, não cabiam nem as malas.

Reasonable hotel with bad breakfast
Pros:

Good location, room/bathroom are ok for Tokyo, but not spacious- and mattress was a bit too hard.

Cons:

Do not choose the breakfast, given it is mostly Japanese and, for its value, it is not worth it, when compared with peers. I’ve changed hotels because of that, given I was able to find several peers with better options on that front.

Close access to major train station and within walking distance of late snacks/morning coffee needs!
Pros:

The facilities and especially the breakfast!!! Staff were very professional and warm with every interaction and greeting/farewell. Nice little kids package on arrival.

Cons:

The accessibility for prams with the location…I found that I had to use outside elevators when needing the station rather than interior access unless I went to basement then walked over to said elevator. Very minor.
