Very good hotel
Pros:

Location is perfect - you can walk downstairs right to the station. Breakfast was nice and rich. Everyday cleaning, facilities nice

Expensive - didn’t deliver on expectations

Cons:

When booking we paid $922.11 (Australian)-for this price I expected a luxurious stay ( with breakfast) to complete our 2 week trip in Japan. Of all our accommodation stays it was the most expensive and most disappointing-for the price, we had hoped to have a great finish to our trip but our other Booking. Com accommodation bookings were far cheaper and superior ( with breakfast included).

Our stay was not satisfactory. I was especially upset that they would not serve

It was very quiet

Cons:

It is too far away from stuff. The walk from the subway through the tunnels is too long. It feels like you’re staying in an office building not in a nice Japanese neighborhood. There is no coffee available in the hotel in the mornings! This was egregious. There is a buffet but if you just want a coffee they won’t let you get it you need to order the entire buffet. The rooms are tiny. The staff were unhelpful. I would not stay here again.

Pros:

Está ubicado en un barrio moderno, lindo y seguro , tienes restaurantes y supermercado dentro del mismo edificio, habitaciones limpias, con todo lo básico , son un poco pequeñas , pero cómodas , en cada piso hay dispensadores de bebidas , plancha de ropa y lavadora

très décevant au vu du prix !

la proximité des stations de métro

Cons:

L'hotel est situé dans un immeuble du quartier d'affaires, le lobby est sombre et triste. Le restaurant pour le petit dejeuner est situé en dehors de l'hotel, dans le hall de l'immeuble d'affaires. Le matin il faut parfois faire la queue plus de 20 min pour avoir une table...
Sous couvert d'une politique écologique vertueuse, le ménage n'est pas fait tous les jours ce qui ne me choque pas mais les serviettes de bain sont changées tous les jours !?? où est la logique...
La télévision ne fonctionnait pas : nous avons dû changer de chambre en cours de séjour...

Rude staff but otherwise good
Pros:

Location was handy to multiple transport options and walking distance of several attractions.

Cons:

On several occasions the front desk staff were very difficult and rude, including right at the moment of check-in. Having stayed at 5 or 6 places in Japan, this was the only property I experienced this at. Very poor form.

Хороший отель для краткосрочного пребывания
Pros:

Достаточно комфортный отель, хоть. Номер очень маленький, хотя это нормально для Японии, как я понимаю. В отеле персонал очень приветливый и внимательный. В номере есть все необходимое, даже пижама, которую ежедневно меняют вместе с полотенцами (уборка 2 раза в неделю). В отеле на некоторых этажах есть микроволновка, стиральная машина, ледогенератор и автоматы со снеками, напитками и раменом. Пользоваться ими можно свободно. Рядом с отелем 2 Старбакса и еще одна кофейня прямо в здании отеля. Из отеля можно спуститься в метро, по подземному переходу так же дойти до соседней станции. В целом, транспортная доступность прекрасная. Wi-Fi бесплатный и довольно шустрый.

Cons:

Очень неудобные подушки. Лично для меня это было абсолютной мукой, каждый день вставала с головной болью, впервые с таким столкнулась. В номере нет шкафа для вещей (собственно и места для него там нет), есть только 6 вешалок на перекладине. Чемодан положить тоже негде, его приходится хранить в стоячем положении, то есть не используешь, как место хранения для часто используемых вещей. Мы хранили необходимые ежедневно вещи на подоконнике и поверх чемоданов.
Наверное, хороший вариант для непродолжительного проживания. Собственно и находится в бизнес-квартале.
Рядом с отелем нет никаких круглосуток (типа SevenEleven) или кафешек. Есть только пара ресторанов небюджетных. Это, конечно, не минус отеля, но путешественникам стоит это учитывать.
