Comfortable stay, a little overpriced for facilities on offer

Was the worst hotel we stayed at in our trip to Japan
Pros:

The lobby and building itself was nice and the fact it was connected to tube station/subway that’s about it.

Cons:

A lot of things.
No iron was provided in the room or upon request.
Iron on other floors didn’t work.
Bathroom was disgraceful. Stank of drain every time you used the sink. There was a stench in the bathroom. Hotel was nice on the outside but didn’t match with low standard looking rooms especially for the price we paid.
We even looked at potentially moving hotels that’s how unhappy we were. But refrained as we paid a lot for this hotel.

Pros:

The location is great, rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff were polite and helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet needs improvement, limited and small selection of fruit, limited selection of baked goods, limited selection of Western style bacon and eggs etc. Would not recommend getting the breakfast included.
