On my next trip to Japan, if it's Tokyo, I'm definitely staying here again.
Pros:

Absolutely fabulous breakfast. And I'm not a breakfast person. Also, location, location, and location. Close to subways, and many options for dining out at night. And did I mention the location, lol...

Wished only that there was a smoking area.

Pros:

スタッフの方々がとても丁寧に対応してくださいました。荷物もチェックイン前後どちらも預かっていただき、身軽に観光することができました。

Cons:

お部屋が広くはないので大きいスーツケースは広げるのが大変でした。化粧をするのに鏡や椅子がないのが不便。一気に出入りが重なってしまった時、階段がないため2.３回待たなければエレベーターに乗れませんでした。急いでる時は大変かなと思います。

九段下駅から近く、コンビニが近くにあったところ。

Cons:

トイレとユニットバスのところが
生乾き臭がして
部屋に入ったら
前客なのかスタッフなのか香水の匂いがきつかった。
