立地がよく、安心して寝泊まりできる
Pros:

最寄りの神保町駅から大通りを通ってホテルに辿り着けるので、夜一人で歩く分にも安心かと思います。

周辺は会社が多いため、平日であれば人通りが多く飲食店も営業していました。
隣がコンビニなのも良かったです。
部屋の壁が厚いのか、隣の生活音が聞こえることが無くとても快適に過ごせました。昨今のホテル料金高騰の中、こんなに安くていいのかなと思ってしまうくらいです。
また泊まりたいと思います。

Cons:

生活する上では特にないのですが、浴室の扉が締まりきらず、劣化していたのかもしれません。

アメニティが豊富
珈琲も美味しかった

Cons:

携帯を使って動画を観ていたらWiFiが当然切れていて気づかなかった
何回も泊まった事があったのに始めてだった
室内の照明が少し暗かった
窓の外が隣の壁なので仕方無いかもしれないが。。

攤開行李擠一點外，其他沒什麼好挑剔的了！
Pros:

1. 地點很棒：離神保町車站很近(出口還剛好有電梯喔)；飯店對面就有7-11，再走三分鐘左右也有Lawson和全家。
2. 周遭環境乾淨、安全，步調比市區悠閒一點。附近有大學，所以白天很多大學生。
3. 附近平價餐廳不少，用餐方便。
4. 飯店提供的盥洗用品很多，有雪肌精的洗面乳、卸妝油、化妝水、和乳液。還有穿起來很舒服的浴衣，和中文的地鐵地圖可以拿。
5. 隔音不錯。
6. 浴室空間寬敞。
7. 整棟大樓都非常乾淨，房內也是！
8. 有寄送行李到機場的服務。
9. 1樓有洗衣機和微波爐可用。
10. 附近的行李走道寬敞，從「神保町車站」推行李過去時很輕鬆。
11. 插座充足。
12. 吹風機蠻好用的。

Cons:

1. 房內的空間對兩個28吋行李廂來說，是比較擠一點。
2. 冷氣不會持續運轉，到設定溫度後就停、然後過一會兒又運轉，對聲音敏感的人應該會受不了！
但是，我們後來發現，只要風速設定「自動」就不會了。
3. 真的沒什麼好挑剔了。

九段下駅から徒歩10分ちょいで行ける。ホテルを出てすぐのとこにコンビニ(セブンかな？今回は利用しなかった)があるため利便性良し。

Cons:

アメニティに化粧水や乳液の類が無かった。

スタッフさん、清掃スタッフさん（偶然出会い、ゴミの処理）の対応もよく、気持ちよく宿泊できました。ありがとうございました。

Cons:

折り畳み台、１台はありましたが、
ハンガーは衣類に使ったので、　
使用して再度使う為のタオルを掛けて置くところがなかったので、折り畳みの小物台（かご）、タオル掛けがあるとより便利だなぁと思いました。

全体的はとても満足しています。
Pros:

東京ドームの野球観戦のために利用させてもらいました。
デーゲームの試合でチェックインが15時からで荷物をどうするか考えていましたが、事前に連絡すると預かってくれるとのことなので預ける事にしました。野球が終わりチェックインすると､預けてあった荷物は部屋に運んでいただいていました。リーズナブルな料金だっただけにそこまでサービスしていただき嬉しく思いました。

Cons:

けっこう廊下の音がよく聞こえてきました。
