一晩泊まるには快適です。
Pros:

神保町で用事があったので近くで助かった。九段下、というホテル名だが神保町のほうが近い。室内も清潔だった。

Cons:

たぶんリネン室か道具置き場の横の部屋（〇〇７号室）だったので、スタッフがモノを出し入れするドンドンという音が響いたのがちょっと残念だった。

Cet hôtel est très agréable, bien situé avec des employé(e)s d’une très grande qualité. Bravo!
Pros:

La bonne humeur des employé(e)s, toujours à l’écoute des besoins de la clientèle, faisant tout ce qui est possible pour donner un bon service.

Cons:

Je n’ai aucun commentaire négatif à exprimer. Tout ce que j’ai vu était du bon travail dans une excellente ambiance, bref un séjour agréable dans cet hôtel.

Great value for money. Close enough to JR trains (or subway) to get around town easily. Comfortable room sizes.
Pros:

Great value for money. Property is well situated in central in Tokyo being about 10 mins walk to JR Suidōbashi station. Room size was quite good for Tokyo. Staff were welcoming and professional. Convenience store adjacent to the hotel made meals and snacks easy and cheap to access when desired.

Cons:

No sentō in the hotel. Nor did it appear to be close to any public sentō. Only two washer-dryers to cater for the whole hotel proved a challenge when we wanted to put laundry through.
