Mooi stadshotel
Pros:

Mooi gebouw op een goede locatie. Nette kamer. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Producten van l’occitane in de badkamer.

Cons:

De look van de badkamer mag een beetje opgefrist worden. Hij was een beetje kaal, maar wel heel proper.

Great rooms, elevators may not be working
Pros:

The king room is spacious. The room was very clean. It included a microwave, small refrigerator and coffee maker. There is a restaurant and bar but we did not use.

Cons:

The elevator was broken for the entire weekend. Although the staff arranged for our room to be moved to a lower floor accommodating inability to carry luggage up four flights of stairs....there was no apparent effort to fix the problem when the hotel was full of customers.

First Class Accommodation by Hotel Rialto!
Pros:

Absolutely Top Shelf Service and Accommodations! It was our 30th Anniversary, and upon that discovery, the Hotel bumped us up to their Beautiful Suite Room at no charge! It was Incredible! The Staff was so wonderfully attentive and friendly! They responded to any request with professionalism and care! We will definitely be back! Thank you, Rialto!!

Great hotel made better by the great staff!!
Pros:

The staff at the Rialto really made my trip! At first I was put into a quiet room without a view and I was staying for 5 nights so I asked to be moved. Even though the hotel was pretty much sold out they took a lot of effort to make sure the next day I was in a better room. It really made all the difference. The hotel was clean, great location, great restaurant and perfect for a solo trip. Special mention to Jinny, Sangay and Colton for going out of their way to make sure I had a great stay!!!
