Pros:

So clean, and comfortable. Beautiful old building! The woman at the front desk was so kind and helped me out when I locked my keys in my car. She helped me call a tow truck. I would definitely stay here any time I'm in Victoria.

Can’t wait to go back!
Pros:

Location was everything….walkable to some shopping and sites. Liquor store right next door. Sports bar and restaurant are there for your convenience. Very clean well presented rooms.

Cons:

Nothing really. You do have to park your car across the street in a lot and pay $24.95 daily. You have in and out privileges so that is good. You know your vehicle is safe.

Wonderful Hotel and friendly staff
Pros:

The location is perfect. 15 min walk to the inner Harbor and great shopping and lots of restaurants and stores everywhere.
I didn’t eat in the lounge or restaurant but I had drinks in the bar with my family one night and it had a great atmosphere. The room was large and the bathroom had great shower and the king size bed and bedding were so comfortable
The staff at the front desk were very friendly and the cleaning staff were friendly too
I stayed here last year and will stay here next time I visit Victoria.

Cons:

Nothing

Centrally located with friendly helpful service
Pros:

The hotel is centrally located. It is walking distance to all major attractions. Bars and restaurants are close by. The staff here are very helpful which is a big plus. We decided to extend our stay by one day the last moment. Since our original booking was via Booking.com, so we have to make a separate booking for the last day. The hotel staff managed to arrange for the same room so that we don’t have to move room. We’ll definitely consider staying here next time visiting Victoria.

Cons:

nothing.
