Like the beds, other facilities, bathroom, and good breakfast in the morning.the swimming pool was ok but could do more with it.
I didn't like the balcony, spa, not good tv and clear good channels and gym need more work.

its called a resort - it ain’t that.
Room was huge, nice pool and great little food vendor out the front. it’s a bit far away from a lot of the key Bangkok attractions.

Clean, big suite as booked. Location was ideal for me because I had business nearby.
The staff were very attentive, the room has cooking and coffee making facilities but no cutlery and they provided some from the restaurant.
The buffet breakfast, the scrambled eggs were cold, the bread did not taste fresh and there were no pastries. Very large groups were booked over the period I stayed in, unfortunately some group members were touching the food with their hands.
Good facilities. Friendly staff particularly Nay who went out of his way to help. Excellant employee.
Had a bad experience with a massage organised by the hotel on the hotel premises. Lady tried to steal my money. She didn't succeed.

The shower was cold after about 30 seconds, we informed receptionist but it wasn’t sorted out and we didn’t receive any feedback. The towels were not cleaned we think , all the time. My girlfriend noticed this, speaking of my girlfriend, we were out at a party and returned on Christmas Day morning at 04.00 and the receptionist was questioning me on my girlfriend as if I brought a prostitute back , which we were not happy about. We went for a swim and the pool area was not clean and full of pigeon droppings around the edges of the pool and a dead pigeon in the gully, the water looked dirty compared to other hotels we stayed in, I felt more dirty coming out of the pool than entering it,this is not acceptable . The reason I chose this hotel because it had a pool.
The fried eggs were cold at breakfast time too.

Terrible and unfriendly Receptionist Checked in.we were there about 11pm to proceed the check in,Staff at front desk was rude and unfriendly to me and my family,he not respected.we wish not to stay at all,we wish everyone do not stay this hotel.
The hotel was basic and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was on the top floor, 14, and was quieter that I expected. The rooms were a good size and air conditioning worked well. Having a 7 eleven downstairs was very useful and there was Din Daeng market 10 minutes walk away.
The kitchenette was not equipped with anything to cook with and one of the stove elements did not work. When I complained about this I eventually got the keys to another nearby room and cooking equipment provided.
The lounge/kitchen area was in the middle of the suite and had no natural light. The balcony from one of the bedrooms had no furniture to sit on. The neighbourhood wasn't very nice but I did feel safe walking around. There wasn't much to do in the area. Not close to subway or skytrain unfortunately. The restaurant wasn't open apart from breakfast but there was tasty food for slae outside that you could take back to your room.

All facilities were great .staff dealing also well. 7/ 11 supermarket close to the hotel. Brake fast excellent.
But there is no private locker facility in the room. That is not comfortable for customers.
