Bathroom roof was leaking, Toilet closet lid was not in place and was kept out, Bathroom floor remained unclean. Place is infested with insects and bugs. Room Ambience is very old including furniture. The walls had plastering visible in some places. Room door lock key is not operable (unable to insert the room key in the key hole).

Plz dont waste time and money for this supreme
Pros:

We Planned the trip based on this room booking, we mentioned clearly that we will come by mid night. we got a msg from hotel stating to pay the hotel before arrival for confirmation. all details were given but when we try to talk to them for payments, they are not ready to give proper information. at least they atten the call but not more than 3or4 sec, they will simply cut. later we reached the sight and the hotel was closed and when i approched the staff he said booking is cancelled. i explained and asked if i can pay, he is sleeping and not ready to give the room. plz go to nearest hotels not this. cheap is cheap. dont look for money look for someone who responds

Worst staff..They are not staff, they are goons.

Rooms are not cleaned. Dust and ugliness everywhere. Cockroaches roaming around

Supreme hotel has lost its old glory. Average hotel, with below average customer service.
Cons:

The rooms and bathrooms were not clean. Had mosquitos menace in the air conditioned room. The staffs were very rude in providing services. The need to change their attitude towards customers.
