I want to book an AC room they don't have an AC room but booking time they don't mention the Non AC room. After booking they don't Refund the amount totally Cheating.

Except ac, hot water rest everything good

Cons:

When i booked family suite room initially they provided 2 standard rooms and they said hot water will be there with solar water not geyser. But solar water not came at all even we waited till mng 9 am. Ac was not working at all in family suite. Not worthy much.
