Was it because we are Foreigners?
The rooms and bathrooms were not clean. Had mosquitos menace in the air conditioned room. The staffs were very rude in providing services. The need to change their attitude towards customers.

Staff behaviour, cleanliness, bathroom fittings, collecting over rate for a additional person.
The room provided was not as mentioned.
We had booked a suite room and they gave us a normal room with extra bed.
On fighting with the staff for almost half an hour they changed our room and gave us as per booking.
But the suite had so many cockroaches in it... It was horrible.

(5)After booking through booking.com, again, we need to call Hotel Superme and discuss with them on our reservation. Then we need to make payment and sent to screenshot. After this only, reservation cycle is completed. These steps are not mentioned in Booking.com. It is mentioned in the mail received from Hotel. This is too complicated process. Also, in the hotel mail, it is mentioned as if we are not reporting with 2PM, they will cancel the room. So we need to remember and call the hotel on the day before 2PM to inform when we shall checkin the hotel (Please note that already we paid full payment)
