Straightforward and good experience
Pros:

Delivered on all the expectations one should have for a springhill suites. Comfortable beds, quick and check in and check out, breakfast buffet that was well stocked and kept fresh, and a clean experience. Staff was nice too.

We really liked that the bathroom was split into a toilet room and a shower/sink room! As a family, the toilet often leads to a queue for other bathroom purposes!

Relaxing Stay makes other Memories a little more special
Pros:

This is our go to property to stay at when we are in area. We've stayed at this property many times. The exterior landscaping and parking lot is well maintained. Parking is ample after 9PM and well-lit.

The room is spacious with a half wall partition with desk to separate the bedding area and separation of the toilet with sink from shower/tub and sink allows travel mates to do their things in parallel. We’ve tried Courtyard, Fairfield, Embassy Suites and Residence Inn and found this SpringHill Suites property is the most reasonably priced.

Our visit this time was for a family celebration. The team at the front desk (Sarah and Aaron) was very accommodating for our unique parking need. They were friendly and made me feel important when asking for extra towels and toiletries! Thank you Sarah and Aaron for making this particular stay memorable!

OLD, NEEDS RENOVATIONS and employee customer service training!

the property seemed "OLD" compared to others I have stayed in. Carpet dingy, walls and wall paper dingy old and faded, set up of room weird, small area sink and toilet and then shower and vanity in other location, bed lumpy, front desk staff NO PERSONALITY blonde girl, acted like a zombie when checking me in, the gentleman was nice but he did not assist me she did and she had no personality! I felt uncomfortable staying there from the minute I checked in. Also very little parking availability yet they charged me $19! Will NOT be staying here again and will not be referring to any co-workers. This property was over $250 a night plus parking so I was a bit surprised it was so shabby.

Best Hotel in Orange County!
Pros:

Best hotel experience I’ve ever had! This is truly the best place to stay in Orange County. Every staff member goes above and beyond to make your stay special and worth every penny. The hotel is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and welcoming.
Kristina, the manager, is incredibly kind and does an amazing job running the property. Austin and Sarah were also so friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout my stay. Their customer service made all the difference.
I absolutely loved staying here and can’t recommend it enough. 100/10 experience—I will definitely be back!
