Excellent staff. Had a credit card shut down for potential fraud, they were patient and very helpful during a 4 night stay
The room and amenities are very old and air con is very very noisy .
Toilet leak water reported on the 1st day but no one come to inspect and repair during the whole stay.
Expedia shows daily house keeping but actually it was once every other day.
Morning breakfast is available but not that great.
SpringHill Suites is one of my top go-to for local travel. Love the layout and space. Irvine’s location is older but still clean. I enjoy the separation of the shower and toilet room so much. There are two sinks in a room! Staff are friendly and efficient. There’s mint and lemon water in the lobby. Never disappointed by SpringHill Suites!
Close to the class I was taking
Close to SNA Airport and easily accessible to HWY 55, 405 and 5. Not much to do around the hotel so you will need to drive out, but it's just a short drive to most restaurants, stores around that area. Hotel is relatively updated and clean. Felt reasonably safe around the area since it was mostly small business/office type buildings.
Great location and great hotel
Property was clean, comfortable and convenient to the freeways. Customer service was excellent. Breakfast was good. Definitely will be staying here again!

Very friendly staff and in a great location in the middle of Orange County, so you can get to many places easily. Clean rooms and good breakfast options - Fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, waffles, eggs, toast, etc... Good value for the money!
Beautiful rooms and quiet!
Great as always. The only thing is we would love to close the breakfast at 10 am
5 min to John Wayne airport. The staff allowed early check in which is super helpful to us. Hotel is great. Breakfast is good! Coffee is good and that says a lot. We booked again for a couple more upcoming business trips in the area.

The beds were comfortable. Room was spacious! Shuttle to and from airport was fast and comfy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great stay!!
Water is not clean as bad as in Florida & Towels had coffee smell in most of all
