Good breakfast clean room

First impressions were that the front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Smooth check in and we were in our room within minutes. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was a great added bonus. Fresh fruit, waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon, juices and coffee. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in town!

From the moment I checked in, Sarah, Jolie and Sean went truly above and beyond. They were so friendly, made sure I knew about the breakfast, and later in the evening happily turned the fire out on for me. I’ve had nothing but great experiences here, and it’s in large part because of them! Keep doing what you do. It’s endearing and I genuinely felt like they cared that I was their guest.

Our stay was comfortable and relaxing from start to finish. It’s a short drive from the airport, which was convenient, and there are plenty of lunch spots nearby. Kristine was wonderfully accommodating I was recovering from outpatient surgery while my husband and baby were along for the trip, and she made sure we had everything we needed. Check-in was quick and easy, breakfast was delicious, and overnight parking felt safe and secure. Highly recommend!

I received great customer service from Kat and Sarah upon check-in. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious! I utilized all the suite amenities, especially the desk!

It was close to the venue for the event we were traveling to attend. We were able to Uber to another activity that was close by too. It was a short stay, but we enjoyed the service, facility and free breakfast.

Upon arrival and during the stay we had a few issues with the room and cleaning service. The front desk staff in particular was amazing - Austin and Paige (hope spelling is right) were super helpful in listening and noting the problems while making sure they were taken care of in a quick and reasonable way. The management team also made sure things were taken care of and that we were satisfied with the stay and handled things appropriately.

Upon walking in the hotel is very clean and the staff at the front desk was helpful. It was very busy because softball and so many other activities going on at the same time. Sarah did a fantastic job managing the guests expectations and advising rooms weren’t ready but doing their best to turn them over.
Rooms were clean with a few things that needed updating (curtains were torn) but overall room was clean. We love the toilet being separate from the shower/tub.
At first you wouldn’t know there are places to eat nearby but there were so many places to eat within a mile radius. The hotel was also within a good distance of the ballpark we played out.
We had an accident in the room and the next day service team came to check it out. We always appreciate the housekeeping team at hotels because they help us enjoy our stay. Nacho, Robin, Yeni were awesome!

Front desk help, Sarah, Sean and Cristina were also very polite, helpful and made us feel comfortable. Thank you Springfield family.

Love this place! Nice room clean and modern. Hearts on the toilet paper and towels. Super sweet and accommodating staff Paige was amazing at the front desk!

I like that one of the workers ended up helping me after the rube employee was trying to charge my card twice and take the money twice I think that's a thief

The location and the facility was awesome. The dining room and food we good, but most of all Sarah provided great service and made our stay great. Big thanks to her.

Great hotel. Best part of it is Adriana in the breakfast area. She is a fantastic way to start the day. Always smiling!! She does a great job keeping everything filled and hot. Thanks for helping me start my days off right.
