This hotel has ALWAYS treated us as Platinum members should be treated. Except for this 1 previous visit.

PREVIOUS REVIEW WITH ADDITIONS. PLEASE READ********CHECKIN RECEPTIONIST RUDE AS HELL! ATTITUDE STANK. Platinum hotel, rude staff!******Wanted to add additional information regarding this review of the same staff member. SHE needs to be terminated! So after checking out getting home and unpacking, we realized we had left 1 bag. I called the hotel and spoke to this very same staff member I had submitted this review on. I ask her to check and see if our bag was in the lost and found. After putting me on hold and "apparently" checking she came on the line and said no. I knew better, but let it go. Upon my husband arriving 03/12/2026 he ask the gentleman at the front desk about our bag. The gentleman checked and it was there and had been all along! SO now the employee is not on a liar, but a spiteful liar! TERMINATION is in order!

All in all it was an okay stay.
Cons:

Didn't like that the bathroom shower looked like there may have been some mold in the chalk. Just needed to be cleaned and rechalked. We had people over us stumping all week. Like sounded like kids running at all times at night.
