Pros:

Clean Hotel
Good location and safe

Cons:

TV remote control barely worked
Pillows were not comfy
Breakfast appeared ok. Plain and typical. Would suggest berries/toppings for the waffles. Didn't eat it.

Clean and welcoming
Pros:

Our room was very clean and well put together. The breakfast was so good! Our kids loved the waffles and our dog loved the sausage. Very accommodating over all with friendly staff. Perfect location on our trip to see family in Texas. Will absolutely be staying here again.

Overall good but...
Pros:

Staff were good. Overall the experience was very good. A few things that could be improved: 1. AC fan could not be controlled and couldn't be turned off despite putting the digital thermostat to off. Constant speed and noise :( 2. Breakfast was same exact everyday; even the items in each container and placements were also same...1/2 days I could manage but more days, ughh 3. They should have been able to give me proper receipt, instead just blanks with no amounts, saying I booked via 3rd party. Never seen that before 4. Cleaning at least once every 3 days should be there, instead we need to call them and ask for refill towels etc.

Room was clean and well maintained.

Pros:

The premises, inside and out, were very clean and quiet. Due to medical conditions, I requested a room close to the lobby and we were given the first room closest to it. That was very helpful and appreciated.
The staff was pleasant and accommodating and we appreciate the accommodations they were able to help us with.

Cons:

It would have been very helpful to have more pillows to help those who need more support to lay or prop themselves in manner that that is comfortable. And some form of white noise would help people to sleep better.
Also, the plugs in the bathroom are in bad spots that make it hard to plug in certain hair tools.
And the MAIN THING that would be SO helpful would be to have a portable fan in the room.
