The front office lady was very friendly and personable ..
Great service. Willing to help in any way. Fast , friendly.
Room clean and comfortable
It’s a pretty good place to stay, felt very safe. The staff was somewhat rude but it didn’t ruin our experience.
The property is old but it wasn't that bad. There were bugs in the room and they didn't have the air-conditioning on at all when we checked in so the room took awhile to cool down. The man working the counter when we checked in was the same as when we checked out and he was rude both times. He was cold and rude like I was an inconvenience just to check in. I do NOT recommend this hotel.
Crappy service, dirty room, unable to get help from staff. They were rude instead
Nice clean room, great shower
Even though this is an older property it was clean and well taken care of. The room was on the smaller side but it had everything you need for a nice quiet stay. There was a outdoor pool but it was 102 outside and to warm to swim in the sun. I would stay there again.
We stayed two nights. Housekeeping did not come and take our old towels or tidy our room in between nights. When I went to ask for fresh wash cloths and towels, all they had clean were two towels. The main living area was recently redone (floors), however, the bathrooms were older. There was a small mirror in the bathroom which made it a challenge getting ready.
We arrived at 2 after a long time on our motorcycle. No one was at the front desk, so we called. The man who answered spoke broken English and said he would not check us in until 3. We walked around to kill some time. The pool water is green, and the decking is flaking concrete surrounded by a tattered fence. Nothing you would want to use or take your kids into. The website doesn't show the breakfast bar for good reason. Cereal, waffles and coffee is all you should expect. No protein. When the manager did check us in, we couldn't hear what he was saying because he was standing behind a plexiglass barrier and for no reason, he said he had to go and literally ran out the front door and disappeared down the street. The door to our room had no screws in the latch plate so the door could be pushed open. The walls in the room have gouges and stains commonly associated with people fighting. The room is very small and so is the bathroom. This is a $45 a night motel, not a $100 a night hotel.
Gentleman owner is abrupt and unfriendly. Lobby with plastic shield blocks communication. Signs still say wear a mask. He emphasizes must have key returned to desk but doesn’t say ok to leave in room if office locked.
Clean room and friendly staff
stayed 3 nights, very limited & tight parking. owners and staff used up 3 parking spaces right in front of our room 24/7 was charged the same for every night but maid never came in to make bed & change towels! when question man at front desk about that he said maid only comes in after 3 days! NOT Happy!!
Got what I paid for, not much of a room but it was clean. Breakfast was pretty minimal but didn’t leave hungry either.
Very nice and clean room.
Owner very helpful with my questions about car needing oil check. Directed me to Grease Monkey where they topped my oil with no charge!!
Owner/manager was very rude and unprofessional.
The check in person (Manager/owner?) was incredibly rude. So rude that I requested a refund, but he refused since I booked (and prepaid) through a 3rd party (Travelocity). The room was small, but okay. About what one would expect for the money. I’m not one to write reviews, but this one deserves a negative review. I was travelling alone, and I don’t mind low-end properties, but I’ll sleep in my car before staying there again.
It was 40 degrees in my room, no Wi-Fi and no breakfast as advertised
Small town area, busy in the morning and pleasant in the evening… I enjoyed my stay
Everything was excellent except it has a small parking area still Highly recommended 👌 👍
The receptionist couldn't find our reservation (made with Expedia), so had to start over. The snow, which was significant, had not been cleared from the parking area. The seal around the door was very drafty (on a Sub-Zero night). On the plus side, the room was clean, and the heater kept it warm enough.
