Pros:

Breakfast is great. If we can add a little variety each day, will be amazing. Staff has been courteous and amazing as usual. Pool and jacuzzi are the rock stars. Location is just wow.

Cons:

I had booked two rooms. Room 126 had a damp, pungent like smell. A gentleman immediately added room spray when I requested. Also, someone punched on the bathroom door, probably an an earlier resident.

Pros:

We are 3 sisters (of 6), 2 of whom live in Spokane, the other in Bellevue. We try to meet every so often mid-state. Our biggest challenge has been finding a hotel room with 3 beds. Not only do you have exactly that (1 sofa bed + 2 regular queen beds) but it was clean, comfortable and situated on the first floor near the parking lot door at the back of the building. So convenient. Although we didn't eat breakfast, it looked and smelled wonderful. Your front desk staff persons were absolutely great (a guy at check in, a gal at check out) and the General Manager was very attentive and helpful at breakfast and spent some quality time answering questions about Wenatchee when we returned later in the day. Really one of the best hotel experiences ever. We will be making this our regular hotel for future mid-state meetups!

Cons:

Nothing except the guest in the room above us who had very loud footsteps! Lol.
