Pros:

We arrived prior to check-in times and just wanted to leave our bags before venturing out to explore the area. The manager was very accommodating and allowed us to check-in early in an available room where we could leave our bags. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel is near a lovely park along the water. The hot breakfast the next morning was delicious with many choices to suit different appetites.

Nice room, wierd way of collecting the fee

It was clean. The room was well laid out.

Cons:

The way they charged my card. The first charge was before I even checked in, then on the next morning of my stay. I’ve never had that done before and it was very unusual

We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Leavenworth for Oktoberfest, and everything was absolutely wonderful!

What truly made our experience special was the exceptional hospitality of Noah, the General Manager.

Noah is an absolutely wonderful person! His genuine kindness, thoughtfulness, and willingness to go above and beyond for his guests really stood out. He made us feel truly welcomed and valued ☺️

It’s rare to meet someone who cares so sincerely about the happiness and comfort of their guests. Noah is a perfect example of what outstanding hospitality should look like.

Pros:

The young man (blonde with longer hair) at the desk was very accommodating & extremely nice, definitely two thumbs up for him! Everyone else was great as well! Coffee was good, wish they had more variety of creamer.
