Big bathroom! I liked it
After asking for the water bottle, they gave us only one bottle for 2 people.
The hot tub was the perfect temperature. There was not much else that I found near to what the website advertised. I'm not sure I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
The "breakfast bar" was less than adequate. There was no milk, cereal or fresh fruit. There was only one flavor of yogurt. The Danish were cut into such small pieces that they were bite sized as were the muffins. The bagels and waffles seemed to be fine. The "eggs" and I use that term loosely, were reheated frozen as were the sausages. I could not bring myself to try the "eggs", but the sausage was just warm. The only tea available was decaffeinated. The refrigerator in my room froze everything even after I turned it down.
I loved how clean our room and the facility was.
I didn’t like how rowdy the pool room got with kids slipping into the deep end with no employee to interfere which left me saving a small child from drowning while negligent parents were further away and not paying attention.
It was nice and the breakfast was great (:
The shower made an absolute terrible sound.
Nothing
Everything it was nasty dirty and bugs
Really close to the Dunes which is why we came. Staff was friendly.
Dirty clothes left in drawers. shampoo and conditioner was empty when we got into our room and they didn’t come to refill our towels until we asked. Breakfast was so/so.
Expectations met.
Little pricey.
For a choice, it was a nicer one.
Last night I stayed at a Hyatt 30 mins up the road for the same price. If you charge $300/night, you should make sure your ground floor rooms have a way to cover the window for PRIVACY and light. Lobby smells like it was recently cleaned but also INTENSELY of chemicals. Like Lysol but …. Chemicals. I was concerned about hazmat needing to be called when I first smelled it.
