When I entered my room, I found it was not clean. The room had a very bad smell, and the bathroom was dirty. There was even human feces left in the toilet, which was completely unacceptable. The conditions made me feel uncomfortable, and I could not enjoy my stay. I expected a clean and safe room, but unfortunately, that was not my experience.
The property was in disrepair. The carpet by the door was ripped and had holes, There where chips in the tub and sink area.
I feel they don’t value customers since no phone call about power outages that had been ongoing for days!!!
No room when we arrived and no one let us know as they knew for 3-4 days they had no power. I’m 65 and was counting on this room. We had to scramble to find a room 50 miles south from there!
Arrived and they had no power, and they had no power for days and days! No phone call no nothing! We had to scramble to find a room 50 miles from said property. Booking has not been friendly about a refund as they say they had no idea. So it will be weeks and weeks before my two nights will be refunded because I paid in advance.
They way we were treated in not letting us know that we would be unable to stay.

We love hotels with pools and hot tubs . The hot tub was not hot. We had to beg for heat and never got it. Day 2 the elevator broke in this 3 floor hotel. We have our 92 yr old aunt with us. Everyday someone is going to fix it.. it never happened. What if you had a disabled family member in a wheelchair with you?
It was clean, the pool was nice and hot tub, breakfast was good, overall good place to stay for a good price.

The room had stuff on the walls not sure what it was. Hotel breakfast wasn’t good. Our tv did not work the first night it was fixed for the second night. The air conditioning would kick on and off and not stay on long enough to cool the room. The morning of checkout the key stopped working at 7am when checkout isn’t till 11am the hotel had a weird smell.
The breakfast was fine. Adequate food and good coffee.
In the first room, the door lock flashed red, but still opened--making me wonder if it actually locked. The TV was not hooked up to cable and didn't work. I moved to a second room. There, the wifi dropped constantly, so I just used my phone. The hallways on floors 2 and 3 were filthy, particularly in front of the elevator. It looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks.
