Clean spacious room, delicious breakfast, rituals products, luxurious, 24h front desk, central location

Cons:

Hot water stopped working entirely while showering in the morning and this is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel.
When I checked in late when I arrived they forgot to add big towels in the room (there were only face towels, but I managed).
I noticed that coffee capsules were not added daily in the room, but I guess it's the hotel's policy as a welcome drink only - was alright, as they have good coffee at breakfast.

Locatia, parcarea subterana, micul dejun, personalul.

Cons:

Am mai stat in acest hotel acum mai mult de 10 ani. Era de top. Din pacate trecerea timpului se observa de la intrare. In prezent, dupa parerea mea desigur, este supraevaluat si prea scump. La preturi mai mici gasesti hoteluri mai bune, care ofera conditii similare.
