A bit of a nuisance with coffee, otherwise a really pleasant stay.
Cons:

I had a Nesspresso coffee machine in the room and no coffee pods. When I asked for pods, I was only given two :one normal and one decaf. I don't drink decaf and I wasn't asked if I needed it. I am a coffee drinker and I need coffee thought out the day. On my previous stays at Capital this was never a problem, and one of the reasons I've booked it again.
I know the bar serves coffee, but I prefer to have coffee in the room, so I ended up buying coffee pods myself to have enough.

Água quente
Cons:

O meu quarto(105),a água não tinha pressão no chuveiro, do lado da água quente. Estive 4 noites no hotel, reclamei 3 vezes na receção do Hotel e nada fizeram para solucionar o problema.

Manageable but this time too many disappointments to be really satisfied.
Pros:

- Comfortable bed
- The room was clean

Cons:

- Shaver of the previous guest on the shelf under the shower
- Bad smell in the shower coming from pipes
- Despite the towels policy and declaration of saving water, they replaced the hanged towels anyway so it is just pretending they care about environment
- The hotel is right next to a very busy street and due to trams and cars it is very noisy, not possible to sleep with window open - if your room is facing the street

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

Very comfortable. Good location and convenient to have private parking garage. Very friendly people.

Cons:

Shower tap not thermostats and water stream and temp not stable at traffic hour.
