Decor very nice
Staff when we went for supper very dismissive - I was told I could not have the wine I wanted only the wine that was open. My colleague who is ceoliac was told that she was ‘in luck’ as one of the risotto dishes was gluten free, otherwise she would only have been able to eat salad .. when we wanted to order dessert, we were told that only one dessert was available - the tiramisu, which was so full of chemicals that we took one bite and went to our rooms. Such a shame that the food service was so rubbish as the hotel itself is very nice.

I had a Nesspresso coffee machine in the room and no coffee pods. When I asked for pods, I was only given two :one normal and one decaf. I don't drink decaf and I wasn't asked if I needed it. I am a coffee drinker and I need coffee thought out the day. On my previous stays at Capital this was never a problem, and one of the reasons I've booked it again.
I know the bar serves coffee, but I prefer to have coffee in the room, so I ended up buying coffee pods myself to have enough.

O meu quarto(105),a água não tinha pressão no chuveiro, do lado da água quente. Estive 4 noites no hotel, reclamei 3 vezes na receção do Hotel e nada fizeram para solucionar o problema.
