Great location, comfortable rooms, good dinner - excellent staff, friendly and helpful

Hotel perfectly located near the airport - made our early-morning departure easy, stress-free. Really appreciated the large room, very comfortable bed, and convenient hotel dining room. Very relaxing for end of our 3+ week visit in Morocco.
The very best thing was the warm, personable welcome we received on arrival, made so special by the presence of Lamia, a lovely a woman working at the desk with whom I had had prior very helpful correspondence about our booking. I was hoping I would have an opportunity to meet with her and thank her in person. And she was there! Like greeting a sister! And the rest of the hotel staff caught the good vibes too - smiles all around, from the doorman to the valet to a lovely welcoming letter from the manager. My husband and I simply felt embraced by the entire staff. We will remember this for ever.

Cons:

I wish we had had the opportunity to spend a little time with Lamia to thank her again for her help, and to have a short visit. As it was, we were quite weary from our travel, and missed that opportunity.

Pros:

Lo único bueno, el personal.

Cons:

Las habitaciones no están bien aisladas, por lo que se escucha ruido durante toda la noche. Además, el hotel se encuentra en una calle muy concurrida, con discotecas cercanas, lo que aumenta aún más el nivel de ruido. A esto se suma que las ventanas no cierran correctamente, empeorando el problema.

El baño tiene una distribución poco práctica, lo que lo hace incómodo de usar.

En cuanto al desayuno, es francamente decepcionante. En Marruecos, servir msemen y harcha fríos es inaceptable. Además, la cafetería no dispone de café espresso, sino que utiliza una máquina automática, lo que reduce notablemente la calidad.

Bien mais un bruit dingue le soir c’est infernal .

Cons:

Une suite payer une fortune pour avoir un bruit de rue horrible mais l’impression de dormir dehors .. la responsable nous a offert deux soins au spa et 2 chambres au final cote piscine plus calme mais c’était moins calme juste moins calme mais c’est pas le top si vous cherchez du repos. L’emplacement est top mais très très très très bruyant .

В целом хорошие 3 звезды - не больше

Cons:

Комнаты уставшие, двери плохо открываются, в туалете нет биде или гигиенического душа, вида из окон нет никакого, на крыше виду мешает забор с живой изгородью, ресторан неоправданно дорогой (но готовят вкусно), бассейн грязный с мертвыми насекомыми

Absolument rien

Cons:

Photo mensongère et trompeuse. Odeur de shit dans les couloirs, personnels désagréables et pas du tout compréhensif.
Chambre attribuée déjà occupé. Nous sommes partis le jour J de la réservation car impossible de rester là dedans pour une famille et refuse l’indemnisation. Très mal honnête

Le personnel bienveillant, arrangeant, compréhensif et toujours de bonne humeur.

Cons:

Nous n'avons rien dormi. Aucune isolation. Fenêtres non isolantes.
Beaucoup de bruit des bars en face. Beaucoup de bruit des voitures et mobylettes jusqu'à 2h30 du matin.
