Hôtel 4* très bien situé au Guéliz
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé au Gueliz (restaurant, bars, boutique Carré d'Eden). Grande chambre, très bonne literie, grande salle de bains. Personnel très accueillant. Bon petit déjeuner et aussi bon diner.

Cons:

Le manque de transparence vis à vis de la disponibilité de la piscine. J'ai choisi cet hôtel particulièrement pour ca, finalement elle n'était pas disponible alors que ca aurait du être signalé au moment de la reservation.

J'ai particulièrement detesté le fait que lors du séjour on ne m'ai proposé aucune solution alternative, juste répondu que c'est comme ca on ne peux rien faire !

Pour le reste les rideaux ne cachent pas la lumière du coup pas moyen de faire la grasse matinée

Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

Street noise was bad, not kept up very well, not very clean. There was a shoe footprint on the nightstand. Just a curtain for the bathroom is not good design. Bed is too firm and all but one pillow was solid and unusable.

Pros:

酒店位置就在商业区，周边就餐便利。入住时主动升级房型，提供迎宾饮料。早餐的煎欧姆蛋不错。

Cons:

房间打扫不太理想，枕套有污渍，备品不补，免费瓶装水只给了一瓶，没有用的备品（咖啡胶囊、身体乳等）甚至在打扫后反而不翼而飞。
