Where Service Meets Heart – An Unforgettable Experience
Pros:

I recently stayed at The Westin Pune Koregaon Park from 11th to 12th April 2026 and honestly it turned out to be such a pleasant experience.

A special thanks to Shreya Chillal for arranging an early check-in for me and not just slightly early, I was able to check in around 10:30 AM instead of the usual 3 PM. That really made a big difference after the travel. On top of that, she also managed to get my room upgraded, which was a lovely surprise.

At the reception, Sanjay made the check-in process smooth and quick, and was very helpful throughout. The restaurant was great as well really good food and overall vibe.

Shubham and Saurabh, who assisted with our in-room requests, were extremely polite and well mannered. Their service was prompt and always with a smile.

During checkout, Aneesha and Sanjay again ensured everything was handled quickly without any hassle.

What really stood out for me was the personal touch Sanjay followed up with a message asking about my stay, which you don’t usually see everywhere. And later, Vanshika called to genuinely understand my experience and if there was anything that could have been better.

Overall, it felt less like a routine hotel stay and more like being looked after personally. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in Pune and want a mix of comfort, good service, and that extra bit of care.

Great Stay at Westin
Pros:

Well I was in Westin for 3 days and I would say the experince was great where the stay, bar , morning meals and SPA was great. In the bar Rahul and Shubham has served some excellent cocktails which was refeshing with live music and the morni g breakfast all the resturant manager was very active and amazing. I used their spa for the massage and the therapist was amazing and had a relaxing message apart from that their Senior Service Manager Arpan was amazing to make my stay memeorable. Overall it was a great stay and would like to come back again.

The concierge team was not up to the mark… Not very convincing and dint care to accommodate our needs.. All the answers were in yes and no..

Room service was very laid back the tea and coffee dint arrive which we orders while checkin..
And it seemed like no body cared..
lack of communication between the reception team and F&B.

Exceptional Service
Pros:

This Hotel never disappoints me and makes me look forward to going back. We got upgraded and that always changes the mood for the better. It is a little perk but makes the Guests feel that they are important. Meghna, the fact that you remembered us from last year and went out of your way to write a handwritten note in Bengali ( a sentence or two ) made us feel so happy. This is what we take back once we leave the Hotel. Mrunmayee, you compensated for Chef Ritesh as he is not there . You spent time with us and made us feel comfortable as if this was our home. Vilas , thank you for stopping by to see us even though you were busy working somewhere else. Jayesh , our Server, was very attentive and took care of us very well. Gurpreet, it is not easy to stand outside and keep smiling in any weather but you do it with finesse. Rohit ( bell desk) keep smiling. Annesha , good to meet you too but Meghna you really aced the hospitality which this hotel is known to me for.
