A Perfect Wedding reception stay at The Westin Pune – Truly Exceptional Hospitality
Pros:

We stayed at The Westin Pune Koregaon Park for three nights with our family during our wedding reception celebrations, and the experience was truly exceptional.

The wedding reception at the banquet was curated beautifully by their team. Every detail was thoughtfully managed, leaving absolutely no room for complaints. The arrangements, ambiance, and seamless coordination reflected their expertise in handling grand family occasions.

From the moment we arrived, the professionalism and warmth of the staff stood out. The reception team at the hotel lobby was extremely receptive, courteous, and efficient, making our check-in and overall stay smooth and pleasant.

The food was excellent — consistently delicious and well presented. The service throughout our stay was truly par excellence. Every staff member displayed professionalism blended with genuine humility.

A special thanks to Sri. Shubham from housekeeping, who did a stupendous job. His attention to detail and prompt service ensured our suite was always immaculate and comfortable.

The suite we stayed in was one of the most spacious dwellings we have ever experienced. Clean, elegant, and thoughtfully designed — and the balcony was simply perfect for capturing some beautiful family pictures during this memorable occasion.

What touched us the most was the care extended towards our six-month-old little one. The team was extremely sensitive and attentive to our needs — arranging a crib, providing an induction stove to sterilise items, and even supplying fresh fruits for the infant. Such thoughtful gestures reflect their genuine hospitality and commitment to guest comfort.

This stay added immense comfort and joy to our family celebrations. We will certainly choose The Westin again whenever we are in Pune.

Friendly hotel in need of some refurbishment.
Pros:

Great people. Warm and friendly. Great food - the breakfast is extensive.

Rooms were worn and stained. They definitely need to be refurbished.

Lots of mosquitos. Bring bug spray.

Best staying in Pune!
Pros:

I had the honor of staying at the Westin for a full week and being such well care by the team, specially from the The Market for breakfast was a dreamy experience. The farewell desert in my last day and the take away pasteurized box for a long airport flight ahead was a special touch that make me definitely want to return and enjoy even more this amazing hotel and twirl amazing staff.

Superb experience. Great good and hospitality
Pros:

We came for breakfast today. We had a good time. The staff was very nice. Aniket, Anuja and Lakshman chef stands out in giving us the best experience. Special mention and appreciation for making the chocolate pastry for us in a short span time. Really made a good start of the day.

Beautiful Stay
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making the stay very relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout.

The breakfast was excellent,Thanks to Aniket for making me yummy pancakes.Over alll the breakfast was good variety of fresh and tasty food. Everything was well organized, and the quality of the food made mornings even better. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
