Cooperative team and need some improvement in services
Pros:

Location is good and easy to access the main places. Metro station is next to hotel. Grata tower is at the main entrance.
Reception Staff is cooperative

Cons:

Need to improve some facilities like cleaning, corridor management. They have to change furniture quality.
Some tea and water should be in rooms
They should mention the phone extension numbers

Honest review...
Pros:

Location excellent, surrounded by bars and restaurants and ease to Galata tower.
Staff friendly.
Breakfast good..accommodated to our vegan diet
View from 8th floor room balcony amazing, especially at night.
Full size fridge freezer.
Aircon was great (auto switches off when you open balcony, so remember to turn back on again)
Comfy beds.

Cons:

Room was quite small for a delux (room 802)
Needed a little TLC.. paint was peeling off the wall where the arm chair must have rubbed against it. Cracks in the frosted glass which served as a privacy barrier to the rooms either side of us.
No mirror in the room, only bathroom, which had no natural light. Had to go into corridor to see a full length mirror/decent light..
Bit of a weird drain smell in the corridor.
Chair on balcony had a wonky leg and came lose on our final night.
Only one bedside light, so for partner to read had to put main/big light on, which was a little harsh.
The the main issue was the noise... honestly, you can hear everything, the doors and walls must be very thin.. and there is a restaurant on the top floor (as shown in the photos .. this is not where Breakfast is served, which is restaurant next door, ground floor)...its for private bookings, 3pm till 12pm), restaurant guests leave via the hotel and are very noisy, no signs to remind them people will be sleeping..we could hear people still leaving and chatting in the corridortl till gone 1 am. Cleaners and people entering and leaving their rooms is so loud you will think they are IN your room.... didn't get much sleep sadly.

Lokalizacja, przestronny pokój

Cons:

Śniadanie. Każdego dnia to same. Serwowane. Jeśli jest się tam dzień lub dwa to jest ok. Trzeciego i czwartego dnia jeść to samo jest mało sympatyczne. Mimo mojej prośby o przygotowanie czegoś innego obsługa powiedziała, że nie ma takiej możliwości.
