Location, Staff behaviour & politeness, cleanliness

Cons:

1. The room temperature was quite high even at night. AC may be maintained properly.
2. The water from the bathroom was coming in the porch of the bathtub. That can also be resolved.

Pros:

Hotel location is perfect , very close to petronas tower and Bukit Bintang , Breakfast is too good ,have lots of continental as well as Indian variety .

Viaje por trabajo
Pros:

La ubicación era muy conveniente porque viajé por trabajo. Además está muy cerca del mall donde podía comer y hacer compras. El desayuno es excelente.

Cons:

Había estado hace un par de años y lo noté un poco descuidado. La primera vez la habitación me había encantado y la que me dieron ahora era un poco antigua.

Pros:

Most of the staff was friendly, helpful and good manners.

Cons:

The male receptionist I met while checking in, kindly answered questions in respectful manners. I'm totally fatigued after driving long hours, just 2 repeating questions should not make him annoyed. Other receptionists are truly helpful and cheerful.

Lovely stay, pedestrian access to town good.
Pros:

The service was good. Rooms were comfortable.

Cons:

It was starting to look a little dated, some minor maintenance issues but were remedied immediately
