Great Location
Great location, Poor maintenance. TV does not work, the room smells of smoke, as with corridors, overall poor maintenance and upkeep.
Thanks the upgrade by check-in was our stay was even more fabulous. Room was very clean, spacious and quite. Bed was large and comfortable. Location of the hotel is very good within walking distance of the Petronas Tower. Pool area is large, need a bit cleaning. Wifi work well.
For the breakfast we missed western food
Bravo. Keep it up
The location is excellent, very close to the Pavilion Mall and to Bukit Bintang. The hotel has beautiful premises and a very big pool for such a central area. During our stay there were very few people using the pool, so the atmosphere was very relaxing. The studio room is big and comfortable. We particularly appreciated the services of Mr. Saddam from the cleaning staff on the 5th floor, as he always promptly responded to our requests and adapted to our schedule, making our stay totally stress-free. The reception staff at check-in was also very nice and helpful.
The breakfast buffet includes Malay, Chinese and Indian options, which were sufficient for us, but guests who prefer more Western options should take this into account.
The location is good. The staff was helpful. I got upgraded upon check in. The staff at the reception was very helpful. The room was comfortable
Everything was good
I recently stayed here expecting a true 5-star experience, especially considering the price, but unfortunately it fell short. The location is decent, however the overall service quality and facilities felt closer to a generous 3-star standard rather than luxury.
Staff were polite but not particularly attentive, and some aspects of the hotel — from maintenance to atmosphere — seemed dated and lacking refinement. For the cost, I expected a higher level of comfort and professionalism.
Overall: Not a terrible stay, but definitely overpriced for what it offers. Expectations of a 5-star experience may lead to disappointment.

Location, short walk to down town area or bukit bintang. The craft centre pretty much next door is well worth visiting. Excellent breakfast but not too much western choice. The evening Barbeque dinner was amazing. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Loved the large swimming pool.
Location
Very slow to resolve problem. Upon chk in at 1530..i discovered the room tv, fridge and the safe were not working. I made 2 to 3 calls about these problems and it was acknowledged by receptionists and operators.
The technician came and assured that it will be resolved. I even gave the hotel the permission to enter my room to resolve all these 3 problems before i went out to Pavillion. After 3 hours, i came back it was not rectified all these 3 issues. It was then then guy receptionist immediately resolved it by changing the room from 272 to 251. Kudos to that Malay receptionist. Thank you.
