Terrible experience – avoid at all costs
The hotel I originally booked was closed, and I was redirected to another hotel from the same chain, “Cabia,” which was in absolutely awful condition. The pool was disgusting, the room was extremely dirty, the service was poor, the sheets were stained, and the entire hotel was in terrible shape. This was by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. It should not be listed on Experian’s site or receive any kind of recommendation. Completely unacceptable.
No hot water, no drinking bottle of water, the TV controls not working. too noisy. looks like Motel. I had to move to another hotel
The bed was comfy, the tv was old and had dark lines throughout the screen, no fridge, no coffee maker and had no water a couple days
Do not stay here, dirty, unclean, horrible smell in rooms. Incredibly noisy. Staff did not speak much English. Remotes in weird bags. Photos do not show real place. Not sure why expedia has them on their site. Did not get free bottle of wine per vip member. Again do not stay here. Stay at yr own risk!!!!!! No spa and roof top pool was discussing.

Family of five booked a family suite and from the pix looked like it had seperate rooms but when arriving we discovered the washroom, kids room and adult rooms were all in one. the pool is 3 feet deep and filthy. the chairs are all filthy dirty and broken. pool on the roof was two feet deep and roof looked like it had been abandoned. honestly the hotel should be torn down but if u need a place to crash next to 5th street itll do if u dont mind the hotel has zero amenities.
Decent sized rom. But no one spoke English
The room: no much water, the smell coming out of the drain was disgusting, really old broken with holes towels and they didn’t want to change until the next day of cleaning. Pool: dirty, dangerous pieces coming out. I requested to have other towels, another room because of the smell, and they didn’t do anything. They said “that’s what you paid for, there is no more rooms” however the hotel was kinda empty and many empty rooms (windows open and you can see it)….
Very nice
This hotel was good. I really liked it. When I read the other reviews I was alittle concerned but once we got there it was not as bad as the reviews were. It had minor things, but nothing that would ruin your trip or stay. The location was nice too. Unless your someone who likes quite vibes than this place is not for you. I really enjoyed my stay here. The beach was super close as well. Only thing was that they did not have a fridge. Highly recommended place to stay
When is raining wather filter inside the room at the bathroom
I didn’t like that in the family room, the hot tub is out of service and it keeps getting advertised like that. Which I don’t see it fair cause your paying for it and getting stoked to have it, until they tell you it has been out of service for a long time. I feel like I got scammed.
The smell on the hotel wasn’t the greatest but also has to do with been so close to the beach.
Everything was very outdated, poor lighting in the bathroom, it was not how it was shown on the pictures and the tv didn't work. The lobby was super hot and they didn't even have coffee like it was advertised. You could hear the music from all the clubs, so if you're looking for a nice place to relax that's not the place to stay.

I stayed at this property. a silver necklace was stolen from my room, i talked to the staff and manager. thiefssss
Horrible service
The name and pictures were misleading. There is no spa at the hotel. This place is great for singles, couples or general party fans since this hotel is right on the strip and opposite coco bongo. It is also partially on top of a club. The music from the outside penetrates through most of the rooms until 3am every night. There are no internal windows is most of the rooms. There is also no beach area on the nearby beach in relation to this hotel. There was also maintenance needed in the rooms we saw including fixing loose electrical plugs or wiring to the wall.
However the main bed was quite comfortable, the staff were friendly and provided help and assistance to make the stay more comfortable including moving us to a room further away from the party.
