The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was decent with several options.
Not enough luggage carts.
The property location is great, facilities nice clean and up to date! The indoor pool is a plus. My only issue was with the tv, we had issues with our television but with some time and a lil frustration we were able to watch it! All in all no complaints & I will stay again. The price I was quoted on Booking and from the property themselves was not what I was charged (even with the security deposit) but the front desk agent on duty was able to get it resolved.
This hotel was a stopover on our way back to GA for a one night stay. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. We got a good night of sleep. The one thing that I did not like was that the front desk person did not acknowledge my Hilton Diamond status nor did she adhere to the MyWay benefits welcome gift for Diamond members. I was not given the drink and snack as I should have been. Also, the front desk person failed to activate the digital key as requested therefore after being on the road for hours, I had to go and get physical keys. This was a huge inconvenience and defeated the purpose of the hotel offering digital key.

Bathroom
I stopped here on a road trip. Not all hampton inns are created equal. This was a 10/10 experience. Incredibly clean, efficient, great biscuit in the morning, and helpful staff. I loved that they had laundry and a huge parking lot. When i checked out the manager (who was fantastic) pointed out that i had been over charged for my pet fee. She rectified it immediately and was incredibly professional in how she handled it. I was so tired from the trip , I likely would not have noticed so I’m appreciative of her attentiveness. Highly recommend this place and go have dinner and drinks at Shaggys on the rez just a 10 min drive from the hotel!

The facility was location was great. Right around the corner from department stores and restaurants. The facility was very cleaned with a friendly staff
The coffee in room was very lacking. The packets they provided appeared to old.
There was also church choir group checked in with 2 large commercial buses. The hotel wasn’t prepared for this group. The “free” breakfast, by the time we made it down to the lobby many items were depleted.
We had to leave for breakfast. No big deal just thought you should know.
