This stay was ideal it was clean, it was great and very convenient for my short stay and nearby Airport travels.

The young lady that checked me in was very friendly and welcoming. She remembered me from a previous stay.
My only complaint is that housekeeping came to my room between 9-10 a.m. and opened the door without knocking.
It was convenient. Breakfast was good with several options. Beds were comfortable.
Really only one complaint but it is a big one. Washcloth that was on shelf in bathroom for use (possibly to wash my face) was stained with something yellow. Laundry needs to be much more careful about what they put back into circulation.

Nonchalant staff. Gave us a key to someone else’s room and did not apologize but acted as if the people in the room whose door we opened were squatters.
Staff, the facilities were upgraded and clean. The breakfast was good.
Heating and air conditioning system in the room would not allow us to set the temperature at a comfortable temperature. After we would set it it would go to a lower temperature and during the night we got very cold as the room temperature was 64°.
A man who had previously stayed in our room, walked in to our locked room using his old key and went to take a dump in our bathroom. My daughter and I were in the room and scared to death. Staff said I was overreacting, I was compensated with points. Totally not cool.
I had an overall very pleasant stay at this hotel. The property was very nice and clean, and it had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were especially nice, and I slept well—at least until early morning. The front desk clerk was very friendly and welcoming, and the parking was convenient and easy to access. Breakfast was adequate—nothing particularly special—but it was fine and did the job.
There were just a few issues worth mentioning. The hot and cold water in the shower seemed to be reversed, which was a little confusing at first. Also, the hotel appears to have very hard water. It was difficult to feel like the soap fully rinsed off, and the shower floor became extremely slick—almost like standing on wet ice—which felt unsafe.
The only other downside was noise early in the morning. Around 4:30 or 5:00 a.m., there were loud sounds that woke me up. It sounded like someone sliding furniture across the floor for an extended period of time. It didn’t seem like it was coming from directly above since it lasted so long. I was in room 217, so light sleepers may want to keep that in mind.
Overall, it was a good stay with a few maintenance and noise issues that, if addressed, would make it even better.
The lobby, hallways, restaurant and room were clean and bright and welcoming with convenient parking and close proximity to numerous stores and restaurants. All staff (front desk, housekeeping, kitchen) were warm and friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was good and offered a variety of foods each morning. We especially liked the large bathrooms and shower and the large screen TV in the room.
Could use firmer pillows but maybe could request those from housekeeping next time or just bring our own.
Nice little staycation me and my honey stayed at for our little date night. The room was clean, fresh towels, and extra toiletries.
Everything was exceptional for my 2 night stay !! Would definitely recommend to anyone! Location very close to shopping & restaurants
