Pros:

C'est un établissement bien, sur tout le plan. Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. C'est un établissement très bien sécurisé et calme. Le service de nettoyage était très régulier et très professionnel.

Cons:

Apparemment, le personnel n'est pas disposé à aider ses propres clients habituels, en cas de difficultés de paiement. J'avais oublié, cette fois-ci, mes cartes bancaires; le check in n'a pas été facile; j'étais au bord d'une humiliation, pendant qu'ils avaient la possibilité de prendre directement l'argent online, dans ma réservation (je pense); mais, hélas!

On donne des vêtements pour le repassage et vous insistez de payer avant le retrait des vêtements… alors que nous sommes encore logé. En principe, on envoie juste la facture à la réception puis on procède au Check out😡
