Pros:

I could easily walk to the mall from hotel. But other if not most still offer shuttle to the nearest malls and other places. On this hotel the help desk were just rude and simply told me I dont need a shuttle to go to the mall. In a nonchalant and rude way.

Cons:

Staff were in general not friendly at all. Some were rude at times and not helpful.

The TV is small and not HD channels. The room was simply underwhelming.

Un séjour fabuleux
Pros:

J'avais aimé le calme dans la chambre; la propreté, et toute la lingerie. Et surtout l'emplacement de cet hôtel est super. C'est un hôtel qui donne toujours envie d'y rester.

Cons:

Je suggère qu'ils améliorent un peu la lumière des chambres; car, certaines ampoules n'éclairaient pas très bien.

Overally the stay was great except for a few pointers
Pros:

The location is perfect, the cleanliness in the room was exceptional .
Housekeeping was very accommodating and the porters.
The waiters in the lounge area very polite and the hospitality was excellent.

Cons:

Breakfast was cold on the first day , service is slow with some of the waiters in the breakfast restaurant.
