Pros:

Servicr levels varied between staff. The toom service were great. Calls to reception and housekeeping went unanswered.

We felt so welcome and treated and we had a relaxing and very enjoyable stay.

Family friendly resort. Some staff members could do with a bit of customer care training.
Pros:

Family friendly resort. The kids club ladies were so sweet to our little ones they even got a welcome pack for the kiddies club.

Cons:

The welcome or check in experience was horrible. We waited for 20 minutes while the lady was busy on the phone.

Pros:

What a beautiful experience and well looked after hotel stay we had this weekend past. Service from all the staff was excellent. Food was great. All this surrounded by nature & the picturesque Knysna Lagoon with various kinds of rooms, flats and townhouse options for your stay - excellent 👌🏽

Tolles familienfreundliches Hotel in gemütlicher Lage in Knysna
Pros:

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel in Knysna mit super-gastfreundlichem Personal und großen sehr schön eingerichteten Appartements. Das Hotel liegt in ruhiger, idyllischer Lage direkt am Wasser nur wenige Fahrminuten von der Innenstadt, Thesen`s Island und Leisure Island entfernt. Der Service ist großartig. Das Hotel ist sehr kinder- und familienfreundlich, hat verschiedenste Angebote für Familien und insbesondere auch einen Kids Club, in dem Kinder betreut werden können, ebenfalls auch noch einen großen Spielplatz im Grünen. Die hauseigene Pizzeria ist super. Das Frühstück ebenfalls sehr gut und reichhaltig. Zudem zwei schöne Outdoor-Pools. Viele Aktivitäten (Bootstouren, Spa etc.) möglich, auch eigenen Tennisplatz! An manchen Stellen etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber insgesamt ein echter Geheimtipp für die Erkundung der Gegend um Knysna, vor allem für Familien und Sportinteressierte. Danke! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

My stay was not pleasant at all, I did not get value for money at all
Pros:

Location was good,
Restaurant: I did not eat at the restaurant, I just had drinks but I could not get many options as they do not offer many non-alcoholic beverages.
Stuff is really friendly and professional.

Cons:

The room really smelled bad! almost like it had been closed for a while without being opened or cleaned. the carpet is really old in the bedroom. I was sneezing the whole time.
The TV's are very old and there aren't channels to watch.
The was no wifi, and the hotel said there's nothing they can do for the full 5 days I stayed.
