Wonderful nature.
Spacious room.
Great breakfast.
Wonderful staff.
Dog friendly.
superbe endroit, calme.. je recommande !!
We requested the same room as last time (22) and got it-this is close to the doors to the garden and this helped as we had a dog attending Crufts. The dog as also allowed in the bar area and there is a path round the golf course you can walk the dog on a lead. This is the perfect spot when attending Crufts as its only 15 mins to the NEC.
Dinner was lovely and breakfast nice. All the staff are helpful.
We had no issues
Comfy bed and pillows
Lighting in bathroom wasn't bright enough to apply make up.
Det hele
Rooms were comfortable & clean
It was dated and would benefit from upgrading
Very dog friendly and great for NEC and sure manger lively
We arrived early from s Orlando (45mins) before checkin made me wait until checkin time - also rooms quite tired and a toilet that sounded like a waterfall
Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely food and good location to access the NEC. Breakfast included which was good and had a wide selection.
The hotel it self is dated and run down, looking tired and in need of a revamp.
Disappointed with the spa facilities, very small and again looking tired. Jacuzzi was small and we needed to keep getting out to press the button, not great when you just want to relax.
Standard of cleaning was ok, but the more you looked at doors, walls and ceilings you noticed the dirt. During breakfast we noticed food marks on the wall, holes in furnishings and seats.
Exceptionally clean. Very comfortable. Lovely surroundings.
Nothing.
Room comfort was good.
I booked a room for two but was given one minature bottle of water and one packet of biscuits.
In the spar the therapists were doing stiffled laughs whilst treating us and the room was cold.
Didn't like the changing room and the need for padlocks.
I liked everything about the place 10 out of 10 except the dinner services
Booked a dinner table at 19.45, and it arrived 19.50 . Got my table. The chair was broken. i asked to be moved, but they insisted on changing the chair. we got our menus ready to take places the order, then I was told we dont have chicken, no beef, but they said they only had fish . I dont eat fish, and I was referred to the other hotel or pub that was 10 15 minutes away from driving. My feance birthday dinner was ruined. It felt like it was racial discrimination. We had to walk back to our room and order Uber eats
The room and all the facilities and the food and dining was absolutely excellent and we'll be going again to use the rest of facilities
Staff were brilliant, very attentive although quite junion. Top marks for that.
Sadly, the leisure facilities were very grubby and needed some mending.
Room wa okay but not to highest standards & hotel overall not to a 4* standard.
The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was lovely, lots to choose from. The hotel staff were very friendly. The voucher for a free drink was a very nice touch too!! We ate in the restaurant which was great value for money. The room was quiet and we had a good nights rest. Overall a very enjoyable experience and great value for money!
The swimming times for the children was limited. It would be good to know this when booking
