sepanjang stay selesa cuma kebersihan kurang sedikit..sebab lampu bilik sy tepi katil tu bnyak habuk dan sarang labah2..dalam toilet ada bekas plastik syampu dan sabun yg masi tak dibuang .. tong sampah xda plastik..tisu pun x d ganti yg baru..tisu yg ada da sedikit..overal semua ok cuma kebersihan tu kurang sedikit.

Pros:

Easy access to everything in the area. Looks so much better after the renovation

Cons:

No kettle in the room for hot water and the water dispenser is quite far from my room. No ironing facilities on the floor. I remember previous stay there was one at the end of the corridor.

Stayed at Cititel Express Kota Kinabalu. The location is convenient and easy to access many shops and food places nearby. The staff are very helpful.

However, the room was quite small and the price felt a bit expensive compared to other hotel, where the room was more spacious for a similar or better price. It’s still okay for a short stay, but the room size could be a consideration for travelers.
