During weekends, guests under the age of 25 can only check in if traveling as part of a family.
Please note that final cleaning is included. Daily cleaning is available on request for an extra charge. Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment according to the number of guest noted in the reservation. Change of towels is every third day and change of bed linnen is every sixth day. Cleaning of the apartment is available on request for an extra charge.

Location was good
My room was in the attic. There was no AC but luckily it didn’t get too warm. There is no one to welcome you but the self check in system was out of service. They eventually sent help though. This is a better choice for younger people I would say.

Good location, very comfortable. All facilities including a washing machine and dryer. Comfortable bed and clean.
The check in, I made a mistake thought we were checking in and staying at the same location. I was wrong and in the summer heat had to drag our bags around. Where we stayed was a couple blocks away from where we checked in.
Location and facilities were great. It was also really useful to have access to luggage storage.
I was in the attic space and it was a heat wave which meant the room was very hot. But a fan was provided which was helpful.

Security was good. Location convenient.
These owners will go to extremes to avoid human contact. I had to call 5 times before anyone would answer the phone. The line which was supposed to be for English calls was answered with a Norwegian recording.
Elevator is advertised, but does not go to the top floor, where we were assigned. No favors or changes can be requested from a computer. Even if you are on an elevator floor, there are 2 sets of steps you must negotiate. No staff means no help. Completely unusable for people with many kinds of handicaps.

Checking in with the machine was difficult. Had to call personnel to solve the problem.
Location was great, internet was also great. Had a well equipped kitchen.
Many things were broken - sink was clogged, window shutter was broken, electrical sockets were all inconveniently placed. It was super warm in June. The worst thing was that the closest luggage room was 13min away which absurd if you have heavy luggage.
The hotel looks very untidy and messy from the entrance to the common areas and also the room. Usually the quality of hotels and apartment is quite high in Norway so I got very disappointed by this! Needs renovation and better cleaning.
