Great stay with nice amenities and a good experience.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. Everything was well maintained, which made the stay very pleasant. I especially liked that the hotel has a public bath—it was very relaxing. After taking a bath, you can freely get a free ice bar, which was a nice touch. They also offer free tasting of different Japanese sake, which was a very good and unique experience.

Cons:

Nothing major to dislike. The hotel can reserve a parking space for guests, which is very helpful. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the hotel, so it’s a little bit far, but it was still manageable and not a big issue. You can also park in front of the hotel while checking in to unload your luggage, which is very convenient.

A must stay if you want a 2 mins walk to station.
Pros:

Perfect stay. Good facilities. Free ice cream everyday. Free sake sampling. Staff greets each time and clean rooms everyday. Refill snacks and water. Efficient and they are really appreciating our stay.

Cons:

So far nothing... pefect for us.

Pros:

無駄がなかった点
全てにおいて、清潔で廊下が窓なしで若干寒い感じはしましたが防災関係において、よく考えられて設計されるなと思いました。
また、日本酒の飲み比べや漬物の食べ比べ、朝食に至っては、湯豆腐の温かさに感動を覚え、なお最後に吸まし汁を味わえる一度で二度美味しいを実現出来ていました。

Cons:

館内着が180cm以上がL、180cm以下がMと記載されていて、Lが不足してたのでフロントに確認しましたが私の身長を見られてMで大丈夫と言われましたが、脇あたりが少し窮屈でしたので、身長だけでなく胸囲や腹囲などを考慮したサイズ感もほしかったです。

地理位置超讚，大宮站上來一分鐘就到，對面就是全家，旁邊還有兩間7-11跟一間Lawson，車站外有松本清，對面有松屋跟麥當勞，還有一間24小時的超市，飯店的大浴場超舒服，每天回飯店洗澡一定都去大浴場報到，房間的空間都很大，我們這次住三人榻榻米的房型，每個行李箱都可以直接打開攤在地上也不會佔空間！

綺麗で良かった。
Pros:

荷物のあづかりを早くからすることができた。また、レンジや大浴場、アメニティもあり便利だった。清掃も丁寧にしていただいて有難かった。

軽い京都観光にはいい宿です。
Pros:

場所のアクセスは良かったです。
施設も清潔感があり、アメニティも充実していたし、サービスコーナーの日本酒飲み比べも楽しみました。

Cons:

写真で見るほど広くなく、家具調度品が古く安っぽい感じがしました。
あと、フロントのスタッフの申し送りができていないのか、不手際がありました。

Pros:

Lovely staff and comfortable bed. The location is perfect. Lots of restaurants, convenient stores and bus stop / train station nearby.

Cons:

Not very spacious with the futons out. Not much space to store luggage. My sons slept in the futon beds, but probably not comfortable for adults.
