Was very happy with all the facilities , staff and location
Pros:

Over looking the pool. Big outdoor area. Close to most things.
Great spa. Great friendly staff.

Cons:

Only thing was it had a musty smell as soon as you walk it. The place was clean, but smelly. Two other rooms either side of me that I went in had the same smell.
But honestly when you open up all the door for a bit it fades.

Cons:

That the air conditioning was only to cool the room not heat it, would have been nice to been told this by staff whom I feel just kept telling me they would get it fixed when they all knew it couldn’t be. was made to feel like I was just being told that to appease me so hopefully I would go away. Found out the day I checked out that it can’t be heated.
