Pros:

La posizione e la spiaggia molto belle.

Cons:

I lettini sono tutti molto vicini tra loro, e c'è poca elasticità nel check out ( volevano farci pagare un supplemento per un check out di 45 minuti tardivo, era certo nelle regole ma si chiede solo un po' di elasticità)

Li salva solo l’accesso al mare!

La struttura è carina, se gestita meglio potrebbe avere potenziale

Cons:

Abbiamo speso circa 100 euro a notte ( che in Messico è veramente tanto) per non avere acqua calda nessuni dei tre giorni che siamo stati lì. Il primo giorno c’è stato detto che era normale , che tutta l’isola era così ( dubito che uno spenda 300 euro per tre notti e non si lamenti senza poter fare la doccia), il secondo giorno abbiamo fatto la doccia nella stanza della manager che aveva acqua calda (quindi non era un problema di tutta l’isola), e il terzo una bella doccia gelata. L’ultimo giorno non ci siamo trovati degli euri che avevamo nei portafogli dentro alle borse, quindi state attenti a mettere tutto in cassaforte. Al bar hanno prezzo nettamente più alti rispetto altri posti, lo stesso vale per massaggi e tour. Al mio insistere per non voler mettere la propina oltre al conto del bar il cameriere ha insistito parecchio. La camera penosa, un loculo con lavandino in camera e bagno semiaperto.Insomma se dovete spendere i vostri soldi ad holbox non spendeteli qua!!!!

Cons:

The management of this hotel is completely unscathed - instead of being attentive to their guests or listen when there are issues, they blackmail and mistreats their staff instead of taking responsibility. Certainly not recommending to stay here. They don’t understand business

Bellissimo hotel, molto particolare, dotato di ogni comfort.
Camere ampie e dotate di ogni necessità.
Colazione ottima e con ampia scelta, sia di dolce che di salato.
Bonus la presenza di due piscine e della spiaggia privata dell’hotel. Personale disponibile e gentile!

Cons:

La pulizia delle camere é molto lenta e tende ad essere sul tardi (tra le 3 e le 5 di pomeriggio)

Family vacation with Grandparents, Parents and Grandkids
Pros:

Good location, very close to the center of the island, with lots of cute shops , cafes, rataurants, a supermarket...Pretty hotel, lots of racoons, this was amazing for the kids, great and kind staff at the reception, nice cleaning staff. We rented bikes very close to the hotel and had lots of fun we were able to explore the island, reach long, nice beaches and even Punta Cocos early in the morning where you can spot flamingos in the wild.

Cons:

The staff in charge of the breakfast urgently needs customer service training, particularly a young girl. She would try to rush us, take our plates before we were done eating, would not allow our kids to take drink yoghurt or refill the fridge. Not gentle, kind or understanding. More like an upset teacher at an orphanage from a children book. (The food itself was good)

More shower/ low showers need to be installed between the beach and the entrance of the hotel It was difficult to rinse sand off (only 1 hidden shower behind the spa area and 1 area to rinse feet kind of hidden and further inside the hotel by room 8).

The water in the swimming pool did not look clear (is it by design, to give a rustic look ?)

The beach at the hotel is quite short, though if you walk a bit you will find other areas with long stretches of beach area.
