En general todo fue muy bueno, sobre todo la atención del personal, fue genial.

Cons:

Había detalles que son ajenos al hotel, como el que en la isla haya basura, y que nos hayan cobrado un impuesto de saneamiento y no puedan tener botes de basura públicos, cerrados para que los mapaches no puedan romper las bolsas de basura.

Hotel bien situado cerca del centro y de la playa con personal amable
Pros:

El personal tanto del hotel como del spa es súper amable. La zona de acceso a la playa es pequeñita pero nos gustó mucho y la localización del hotel cerca del centro es idónea.

Cons:

El desayuno es bastante mejorable. La habitación estaba bastante limpia pero las sábanas tenían algunas manchas antiguas y sospechosas...

Bioluminece trip risks in October
Pros:

Proximity to the beach and beach bar was excellent. The hotel had touches of real character with conch shells as taps and log post structures. Rooms were clean and bar food great quality.

Cons:

Whole island has no roads and so the smell of sewage and 12-18" deep road floods after October rain was unexpected, especially directly outside the hotel/rear room access. 15ft of seaweed on beach was unlucky timing and wrecked bioluminescent trip.

Hôtel agréable petit bémol pour les sargasses sur la plage privée

L’emplacement.
Le bar sur la plage.
Le personnel.
La chambre et l’accès à la chambre près de la piscine.

Cons:

Malheureusement beaucoup de sargasses sur la plage. Nous étions étonnés que celles-ci ne soient pas enlevées par le personnel vu l’odeur et le fait que la plage était petite au niveau de l’hôtel et donc inaccessible et également rendant le bar désagréable pour y boire un verre (personne n’y était suite à cela)

Très confortable, très bon spot sur la plage et très proche du centre

Très bien placé et très confortable avec de très grand lit. Très bien placé pour aller dans le centre à pied par la plage.

Cons:

Il manque des chaises sur le balcon et de quoi étendre les serviettes et maillots de bain.

My 10 day staff was just what I needed to decompress. Will definitely be going back!!
Pros:

The staff (Chris, Henrick, Alexandra, Francisco, Carmelita and especially Flor the massage therapist)!

The property is perfectly located; close to central area but tucked away enough to feel remote.

Cons:

The raccoons poop on the property and nobody really picks it up.
