Great beachfront location and decent comfort, but poor maintenance and disappointing staff experience.
Pros:

The hotel is very well located, directly on the beach and within walking distance of the center. The room was comfortable overall and the beach atmosphere was very relaxing

Cons:

We never had hot water during our stay. The pool also looked very poorly maintained, with visible dirt and peeling paint. Unfortunately, the staff experience was disappointing as well. At the beach club, there was an advertised offer at 230 MXN, but we were charged 280 MXN twice. When I asked for a correction, the staff started speaking in Spanish between themselves as if I could not understand anything. At the lobby, I asked if it was possible to cancel an activity booked through the hotel because we had another plan, but the staff member immediately said no without really trying to help or understand the situation. Overall, the service lacked professionalism and made us feel uncomfortable at times.

Sehr schönes kleines hotel direkt am Strand. Ruhig und dennoch zentral.

Cons:

Leider wurde bei unserem Aufenthalt von 8 Nächten nicht einmal das Zimmer geputzt. Nur auf Nachfrage hat man neue Hygieneartikel und Handtücher erhalten. Sehr schade.

Struttura in riva al mare

Location stupenda, in riva al mare con spiaggia privata tra le palme e le strutture in legno.

Cons:

Al check in ci hanno chiesto un deposito su carta di credito (che per fortuna avevamo) ma non ci era stato detto al momento della prenotazione. Se non l’avessi portata e avessi portato solo quella di debito cosa sarebbe successo? Le escursioni organizzate da loro molto piu costose di quelle che trovi in spiaggia anche di fronte l’hotel.
Avevamo un bambino con passeggino e siamo stati mandati in una camera al terzo piano; anche questa cosa sarebbe stato piu utile saperlo.
Colazione abbastanza scarsa per il prezzo che si paga.
Peccato perchè la struttura con più accortezze potrebbe meritare un voto piu alto
