The staff were polite and professional. Customer service is top-notch, I would highly recommend!
Pros:

Airport shuttle was very well organized and punctual. The hotel staff gave very clear instructions on where to meet the shuttle, and it was very easy to find them.
The room was quite clean and comfortable, excellent for a long layover stay near the airport..
The hotel also has a nice swimming pool, exercise room and spa, in addition to a restaurant, providing everything you might need.
Their customer service is also top-notch. I had a problem with my reservation, and they were able to help me quickly resolve it.

Pros:

Amaranth is consistent. Comfortable. Staff are professional and courteous, and they have helped us on several occasions with baggage storage etc. and airport shuttle from BKK is great.

Cons:

Can’t think of much, although allowing people to smoke outside the main entrance to the hotel is a bit annoying if you are standing downwind as is almost always the case.
