Pros:

Hotel and staff very friendly. The room was super clean, fitness room had Peleton bikes (2), outdoor swimming pool was clean and nice. So close to outdoor shopping malls and restaurants. Easy shuttle service to cruise port and airport. Highly recommend. Free Breakfast was your normal continental, could have been a little better, but I wasn't there for the breakfast.

They had a shuttle to and from the airport and you could sign up for the shuttle or get an Uber to the cruise port. The shopping area was within walking distance and very clean.

This is a wonderful place to lay your head down and rest after a day of travel. It was clean, organized, and the staff was extremely helpful. I give it 5 stars. Shuttle from airport both ways was prompt. Go Hyatt!

Only stayed 1 night before a cruise. Large, clean room and staff at front desk was wonderful!! Close to tge cruise port and tgey also have a shuttle. Totally recommend the Hyatt Place

Didn't enjoy the stay, no one was at the front desk when I checked out at 5am this morning. I waited for 15 minutes and then left because the shuttle came and I didn't want to miss my flight. I met a guy there waiting and he said he had been waiting for 35 minutes before I came and still no one came. I thought it was 24 hours front desk assistant? On pick up the night before the shuttle took awhile to arrive, I had to call 3 times. The AC in the room was so loud, I didn't sleep the entire night. The AC made a funny noise like it needed maintenance or something. I am very disappointed with this stay as I just needed a place to rest my head for a few hours until my next flight but that didn't happen.
