Bathtub was deplorable in room 620, I brought 13 people to stay there should have at least been rewarded for just that reason, expected a full bar and restaurant and large bar, not enough for all of us at bar and had to beg to get our next round of drinks!
Everything was clean and they had a nice breakfast.
I didn't get a "quadruple size" room, for which I was suppose to have been upgraded. Also, had a beautiful view of the parking lot and some stores!! The room was about the size of a normal motel room. Actually, the bathroom (which was decent) was larger than the whole room!!! When I asked, I was told all hotel rooms are different sizes in different hotels. I quoted the size it was suppose to be and was told I could be moved but the rooms are all the same size there.
I liked how friendly the staff was, made us feel right at home. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the room was very clean.
we had smoke alarms going off at 1:00 in the morning as we were trying to sleep. Called front desk.. sorry.. we can move you.. or try to disable.. on chairs and disabled the one beeping and discovered it was on the other side of wall - in suite- disabled that.. and STILL BEEPING.. no other visible alarms.. so we had to call down and get another room at 1:30 am. Key was given to us with no apology.. we had to move all of our stuff in the middle of the night basically and the new roon was FREEZING.. at 65 and it took a while to realize the shade in bedroom was open because of light shining in.. I got about 3 hours of sleep and did not even go down to breakafast.
I did go to desk to explain, complain and the morning clerk was very kind and gave us 25% room.. but I really feel we should have received a free night for all the hassle.
Room was clean, well designed and surprisingly quiet for its location so close to I-95. Could barely hear traffic. We were in Ft. Lauderdale to attend a concert at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino and the hotel was a good choice. Well priced and a short taxi ride to the Casino.
The shower gel container was empty. Which I didn't find out until I was actually in the shower. Only one bar of soap which I had to retrieve from the sink area to take my shower. Not a disaster, just annoying.
Location and very clean
Like it all
Rooms were better than expected for 3 people.
Great walkable location for restaurants.
Breakfast was not very good and not a great selection.
Location. Comfortable beds.
No hot water. Explained many times to front desk. Told to turn opposite way for hot water and let it run. We turned it both directions and let it run for awhile. Finally gave up and took a cold shower. Left the water running for my husband and it never got even luke warm. He also had to take a cold shower. When we checked out, I mentioned it again to the front desk. She replied and said the same thing. Don't you think I would run the water for awhile and also test both ways to see if the water got warmer. Jeez. A simple I'm sorry would have been nice.
