Really Bad Experience
Pros:

Very close to the airport terminal.
Molly on reception today (28/3/26) was amazing.

Cons:

Booked and paid through Booking.com but reception said I hadn't and I needed to pay. His colleague intervend and said that we had indeed paid and the payment will be cancelled
£50 Holding fee paid.Triple room booked. Not enough towels or cups. Sofa bed was so uncomfortable my sister would have been more comfortable on the floor. Next morning breakfast was a shambles. I person on duty, no food, plates both coffee machine broken. I person was not enough to ensure the smooth running of a busy hotel.
We will not be booking again and if I was able to get a refund I would. As for the double payment I am still waiting. If not refunded Molly on reception who was amazing and so helpful said to ring on Monday.

Cons:

The room was noisy with air conditioning vent very loud- kept me awake all night and reported to the receptionist when we departed.
Disappointed as we normally like to stay.

Staff need to communicate better

How close it was to the airport.

Cons:

Lack of communication between staff, I'd booked 2 separate nights and informed reception upon check-in, the next morning housekeeping knocked 3 times and I got a phonecall at 12 30 pm asking me to check out, I again told them I had 2 nights booked. At 2.30 another customer entered my room. Luckily I was fully dressed or it could have been severely humiliating.
