Excellent gateway to legendary Liverpool
Pros:

Excellent location, with easy bus access to and from the city centre. Opposite the airport, yet very quiet, with a great view of the airport. Spacious room, comfortable beds, tea/coffee making facilities, clean. Continental breakfast from 4, cooked breakfast from 6.

Cons:

They take a refundable deposit of 50£! And I was charged £2.40 with no explanation.
No hair dryer.
Quite basic breakfast room.

Staff friendly but the hotel really lacks the hotel vibes and standard breakfast items.

Room bathroom was more suited to someone with disability needs, shower water flowing everywhere due to the poor drainage and shower curtain.
Breakfast had no eggs, mushrooms or beans with a sign saying due to a supplier issue things must be bad if u can’t get either of those 3 items.

Good sized room and given that we were right.the airport, very little noise. Staff at reception were very friendly .

Liverpool stay made easy
Pros:

Directly beside Liverpool airport so really easy for arrival and departure. Check in was very quick and they very kindly securely stored my luggage. Thanks to staff member Ant on warm welcome and assistance as I was in a rush into town. Taxis were located at the lower entrance of hotel. Room was clean comfortable and breakfast in the morning was self service but all good. Good value for money especially on a busy bank holiday weekend.

Location was brilliant. Right across from the airport, very comfortable room and very quiet too, evening meals were adequate and very tasty
