The room was lovely so was the view

Cons:

The service in the morning as we didn't eat any breakfast because there was a big mix up with the juice and cereal, the guy on reception literally told us to avoid, disappointed.

Cons:

Absolutely no food left at breakfast buffet at 9am not even the basics like bread large queue of disgruntled guests at reception complaining we were given an e-mail address to complain to but no one has bothered replying absolutely appalling customer service.
Also they advertise EV charging is available but it's actually in the long stay car park whilst the hotel is accessed through the short stay car park so very mis-leading information.

The stay was for convenience which ended up being inconvenient as hardly an evening menu.

Your evening menu was so disappointing. A pizza or lasagne. That was it. On one of my stays it was only pizza as we were told there was a problem in the kitchen. (Staff). We had to get a bus and go elsewhere to eat. We couldn’t believe it.
