We had no remote control fortress TV other than that it was fine
Easy to find, and great sound proof rooms. Black out as well

Zostałam oszukana przez hotel, że miałam przez booking rezerwację na dwie osoby. Nie pomogło pokazywanie rezerwacji w aplikacji i pozostało mi wyjaśnianie przez booking.. gdzie nic już nie mogę zrobić, bo dopłata którą na mnie wymuszono była poza bookingem.
Poza tym śniadanie spowodowało okropny rozstrój żołądka.

This is a large hotel right next door to the Liverpool airport. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the beds are very comfortable. We slept great. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. It was really good with a great selection. It was a little tricky finding where the hotel parking is as it is close and right next to the long stay parking for the airport and it was evening time and dark when we arrived. Check your email they send you for directions. The staff was really helpful and great to work with. It was so nice to just walk next door to catch our flight at the airport. We would definitely recommend and stay again! Thank you!

I was put in a Room and the Shower Didn’t Work I was then Put to the Very End of the Building.
Nothing was enjoyable about my stay.
My experience was extremely poor. I stayed at your establishment before an extremely important job interview and my interview itself was scuppered by my appalling stay in your hotel. There was no lock on my door, my shower was broken, the bed mattress was incredibly hard and my bedsheets were dirty. Staff were extremely short with me and at points downright rude - making me feel like nuisance from the point of checking in through to check out. Service was appalling. I was left with no hairdryer in my room. Bar staff seemed annoyed to be serving me. The chair for the desk was visibly old and very uncomfortable. I paid a very high price for this room expecting outstanding quality and was extremely let down. Issues were raised with staff. I was treated like a number on a conveyor belt and simply a burden. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
I am asking for some compensation for my dire experience.
