Cons:

Arrived from a long flight to be sent to an occupied room and then told there were no rooms available, even though I had booked and paid in advance. They were unable to find any alternative accommodation and we therefore had no choice but to drive home at 1:30am. Still not received a refund. Worst experience ever.

Beds like the one in town were uncomfortable, and hard, sofa beds you feel like you’re lying on the springs.

Convenient hotel for early start
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently placed across the road from Departures. Our room was quiet and surprisingly spacious. Breakfast looked good but we only had time to grab a coffee.

Cons:

The menu is very basic, and getting served was a rather lengthy process, especially when they stop serving at 9pm. Having said that the quantity of food was enormous.

Cons:

My room was not prepared properly, and sofa bed was not made up. It lacked standard items such as stirrers for a coffee. The sofa bed creaked at every movement.

I didn’t like that they took some money from my deposit for no reason at all! I left the place how I found it! Didn’t use any coffees or even the free breakfast! They have no reason to take some of my deposit but still did!
