The property was clean and the staff was friendly, however, the pool was closed, the toilet was running continuously, the bathroom door didn't latch and there was no one at the front desk when we arrived.
All in all, pretty typical for Big Spring.

Our room had no blackout curtains. Light from the parking lot lit up the room. The seals on the windows were broken and loose. The road noise was horrible. Will not be back.

Pros:

Areas in and around parking lot were overgrown with weeds and not cared for clearly. Management is ignoring the conditions in the parking lots and not paying to improve landscaping in medians, otherwise inside operations were fine, we would return here.
