Fabulous out-of-the-way location, very laid-back vibe, relaxed folks staying there!
Pros:

The beach was spectacular!!! I loved walking the beach searching for sea shells. This location was 'off the beaten path' and I loved it! It was quirky, funky and relaxing. It's the total opposite of the 6-story high-rise hotels down the road - and just what I was looking for! Great job, guys!

Cons:

The fabulous 'out of the way' location made walking to dinner challenging. Besides the SquidLips restaurant down the road, you must walk 2 miles to get to other restaurants. I didn't catch the bike rental sign (that could be delivered right to the hotel) until my last day. That would have been perfect for me. I did choose to use Uber (women drivers only) and was very comfortable doing that to transport me to the restaurants.

Excellent Family Stay
Pros:

“Peg’s” unit was huge, well equipped, with a wonderful upper level view.
Convenient, comfortable, quiet neighborhood, great beach and deck.
We returned from Michigan for the second year in a row.

Pros:

Great location, a very short walk to the beach. The grounds are really unique and offer plenty of outdoor seating. Very comforting and nostalgic feel to the property. All of the hotel staff were very nice and helpful.

Cons:

There wasnt anything to really dislike but the rooms could use a refresh.

Amazing!!
Pros:

50 steps to the beach. Adorable grounds. You can see launches from Cape Canavarel from the outdoor seating areas. I highly recommend!!

Cute but wouldn’t choose it again.

Cons:

Not 24 hour office hours, the bed was very uncomfortable, the bathroom door stuck causing loud noise in the night, there was a disgustingly dirty glass and when I mentioned it to the office staff they said it was up to the prior guest to clean it. It should be up to the cleaning crew to make sure things are clean for the next guest. There was a half used lotion tube in the bathroom.

Eklektyczny domek blisko plaży.
Pros:

Lokalizacja przy plaży. Personel miły i pomocny.

Cons:

Domek dziwny w eklektycznym przytłaczającym wystrojem i nie przyjemnym zapachem. Dawno nie widział remontu. Jakby zebrane wszystko co było szkoda wyrzucić. A na prawdę domek na potencjał. Na podwórku też wszystko i wszędzie. Bez gustu zupełnie. Zabrakło mi informacji o dodatkowych kosztach które zostały doliczone.

Outdoor facilities were unique and cute.

Cons:

Kitchen faucet drops, needs new rubber seal, toilet runs, needs new seal.
Talking in bathroom should be replaced.Baseboards could use a good cleaning and/or repainted. No view of ocean from room.
