Fun on the beach with a romantic getaway
Pros:

absolutely loved the facilities - great layout and great staff - only issue we had was the air condioning in the apartment was out at arrival - gET A WINDOW A/C UNIT IN and it kept it livable - we were there for 3 days - and they did comp us a day.

Cons:

As stated above only Issue I had was with A/C

I love Cocoa and all its charm so matter where I stay, its always a great visit.
Pros:

Great location on quiet beach. nice property landscaping. Easy access and parking. Very restful.

Cons:

Property is getting a little run down. I have stayed here numerous times in the past 10 years and has always been my first option when visiting Cocoa. Needs a little TLC. And much better cushions for the lawn furniture,

Great location, easy to park, great access to beach.
Pros:

The cute areas around the property: deck chairs, hammocks, beach chairs, gazebo.
Plenty of towels available.

Cons:

The beds weren’t super comfortable.
The place had a little smell to it.

Wunderschön und direkt am Strand! Kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Sehr großes Apartment, mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern! Gemütliche Betten, große Küche und ganz tolle Lage! Direkt am Strand mit toller Terrasse, inklusive Hängematten! Strandstühle, Sandspielzeug und Surfboards zum ausleihen (kostenlos).

Cons:

Inventar ist in die Jahre gekommen. Kücheninventar sollte ausgetauscht werden. Ein Wäscheständer für nasse Kleidung wäre schön.
