great location but noisy ! There is a bar that is close that has live music that was very loud inside the rook along with motorcycle noise. The place itself is very cute and close to the main street and beaches. Just don’t expect peace and quiet !

My stay The Breezy Inn was wonderful. My boyfriend and I visited Jensen Beach for the first time and loved the location of the Inn. It’s close to several delicious restaurants, near the beach, in an extremely walkable neighborhood and provided such a comfortable place for us to rest after our daily explorations. Room #4 was lovely with the private balcony. Watching the sunrise and listening to the birds chirp was so great. The hot shower, mint green mini fridge and keurig coffee maker were much appreciated. A major bonus was having the cute Salty Dog bakery at the front of the Inn. Delightful food and people. We can’t wait to be back and will surely return sometime this summer. Thank you for providing us amazing accommodations on a much needed break for a mini vacation here in south Florida! We’re already singing your praises to family & friends.

4 min walking distance to shopping, restaurants & live music

Poor condition. Bathroom floor tiles loose and cracked. Very old fixtures. The walls are so thin I could hear every word of the people in the next room over. Very noisy overall with a bar/restaurant right beside it with live music. A lot of car and motorcycle noise.

Great little place.

We liked the back door access to patio, convenient parking, proximity to donut shop, short walk to downtown, comfortable bed, good water pressure. Bathroom could use more space for toiletries. Guest room needs more electric outlets.

We enjoyed our two night stay in Room 4. Would stay there again.

Stayed in room #4. Our room was so cute. We loved sitting out on the balcony watching the sunrise!

So glad we booked The Breezy Inn. It was a last minute coin flip. Room #4 was perfect. Comfortable king bed, updated furnishings, super clean, and the balcony was amazing. The surrounding are a little noisy but it is the small downtown area with lots of walkable bars and restaurants. We will stay here again and again when we travel through South Florida.

Quaint, clean and easy self check in

Based on the reviews and cost I had higher expectations. The area was convenient to walk around town. We found our bed to squeak every time we rolled over and the mattress needs to be replaced.

Great spot, my expectations were so so as it’s reasonably priced. I have to say, it’s a gem. Nothing fancy , but clean, comfortable beds, great shower (hot water) and AC cranks. Nothing better than that. We will be back for many years to come. Jensen Beach and Hit hi son Island are beautiful fun, family vacation spots!!!🌴🌴🌞🌞❤️❤️🙏🙏

The O’Neill’s

This is a lovely little place to stop and I found it a great base to explore the local area from. Parking right outside the room and I really enjoyed my stay here.

So, I actually live about a mile and a half down the street but I was having some work done in my townhouse and so I decided to have a little staycation here. If you’re looking to experience downtown Jensen Beach this is the absolute perfect location. My room was amazing! I was in Queen one and it faced the street where all the action was. It’s within very easy walking distance to downtown Jensen, like two minutes. There’s bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, cava bar, retail. It’s awesome. I love this room because my car was parked pretty much right next to where I was. The room was immaculate and had products I needed like soap and shampoo. It had a coffee machine and a small refrigerator. No microwave to be sure. But again I thought this room was amazing! It was just me so it was a perfect size. Right when you walk in the door you’re pretty much at the bed so that room is cozy for sure but the bathroom is pretty big. I highly recommend this place. And the other reason is that you check in at your door with a code versus having to stand and wait for receptionist to check you in. All in all an amazing experience! Thank you so much. And by the way, the donut shop has some exceptional donuts.

Very comfortable, very clean, and a great location. Staying at the Breezy Inn I always feel like management really cares about the experience.
