It was amazingly beautiful.
Pros:

Everything. Everyone was very nice and friendly and attentive to the guests. I love the place. It’s quiet. Spacious. Lots of things to do. My kid loved the playground so much.

Cons:

Just probably the slide beside the swings. It’s broken and could hurt someone.

It was an ok hotel.
Pros:

1.There are activities for the kids. The staff member who was attending to the animals was very nice and accommodating.
2. Location was Great

Cons:

1.The bathroom needs remodeling.
2. On our 1st day, I was informed by the front desk staff that the hotel doesn't provide tours but a day before we left when we needed to go to an outside restaurant, the front desk offered a taxi that can also provide tours. It would have been nice if it was offered earlier.

Pros:

been here for 5 times already..last was with the whole family…we love being here that is why we keep on coming back…generous buffet breakfast…the staff is the hotel’s greatest asset..they would accommodate almost all request you can think of and would go beyond what is expected from them
