Overall, despite a few inconveniences, the service more than made up for it, and we left very satisfied with our stay.
Pros:

We had a great overall experience staying here. The location is excellent and very convenient, which made everything much easier for us. What truly stood out was the staff!
They were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay, providing service at the highest level.

Cons:

We did experience a few technical issues, including some problems with the hot water. However, the team handled everything quickly and professionally, even offering us an additional room to use for showering, which we really appreciated

A perfect boutique hotel in the heart of Tel Aviv with a friendly staff at a reasonable cost.
Pros:

In Israel during a time of war, it is amazing to see how incredible people go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, safe and welcomed. The hotel staff were available to answer all questions pertaining to how to deal with missile alerts and where to go. This is not something you think about typically for vacation stays in other countries. And the hotel was really perfectly located with shops and cafes to enjoy right outside your door. It was exactly what I needed.

The property is very nice with beautiful clean and comfortable rooms, excellent service from very kind and accommodating staff and great location! The hotel also has a shelter and the staff have been a wonderful support through this very challenging time.
