Pros:

I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
Great location. The room was small, but it was exactly what I had booked for one person. It was beautifully decorated, comfortable and well equipped. Good amenities, including a coffee machine, air conditioning, a spacious bathroom and a good hairdryer. A lovely happy hour, offering a great opportunity to meet other travellers. Excellent coffee machine and a shared kitchen available for guests. Generous breakfast vouchers that can be used at three different restaurants, with the flexibility to use them at other times of the day. Everyone at reception was wonderful, friendly and extremely helpful.

Overall, I really enjoyed the location, décor, facilities and, above all, the excellent service. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The entrance was slightly difficult to find because the hotel sign is quite small. The room overlooked the back of other buildings, so the view was not particularly attractive

Pros:

Thaerah was amazing!! made me feel so welcome! The treats in the lobby were also great. All the staff were amazing and facilities were great. Location 10/10.

Cons:

Room a little small but I did know this before booking and it is Tel Aviv...

Very friendly staff.
Amazing location and quite fairly priced.
The rooftop patio was just fun to hang out on for sunset and at night.

Cons:

Tanning beds on the patio had not mattress or towels, one bed was actually torn.
The patio good have been cleaned better (dusty floor).
The room was comfortable, looked nice but probably just a little less than the photo's suggest. Didn't have an iron which could have helped.
Very limited soap/shampoo provided. (one small bottle of each)
