la atencion del personal muy amables donde deben poner atencion es guadalajara las chicas muy sin importancia para con el cliente al salir al aeropuerto no ofrecen nada equivalente al desayuno, solicite despertarme y no lo hicieron a diferencia de monterrey

Booked our stay online at booking.com. Their web site sent us to city express montetey norte instead and we were for both even though the online agent said she had cancelled the aeropuerto reservation.

I will not step there again
Pros:

maybe the location.

Cons:

The first morning bath, you could smell a nauseating odor from the bathroom drain, that let you think to change the hotel immediately.
breakfast is so crowded, it is impossible to think to breakfast there.
