Pros:

Esta vez si me atendieron muy bien, tuve oportunidad de interactuar con la recepcionista, el chofer de los traslados al aeropuerto y con una muchacha de limpieza y excelente trato con todos.

Cons:

El minisplit olia un poco a humedad, como que ya le faltaba mantenimiento.
Las camas muy cómodas, batalle un poco para dormir por la forma de las almohadas, pero la cama muy bien, solo que no estaba impuesto a ese tipo de almohada

El desayuno estuvo regular pero la ubicación está excelente, muy cercana al aeropuerto y no tuve problema en agendar el traslado

Do not book there unles you have id for every on staying
Pros:

Rooms were decent

Cons:

They did not want to let us end despite us having our reservation whe reserved and payed for 3 rooms it was 7 adutls and two children and we did not have id for everyone there and there was no way they let us in some one back home had to go looking for id's take piktures and send them over it was frustrating and took a couple of hours til they finaly let us in ddoooo not stay there

Ok for a quick stay but not the best
Pros:

The staff was nice, they have a lounge downstairs to chill, there's a 7/11 right next to it so it's easy to get any essentials for your travel.

Cons:

The rooms are old and tiny, it seemed too expensive for what was actually offered. Yes it was clean but the room was poorly lit, the beds weren't as comfy, the bathroom sink was clogged so the water took forever to leave.
