Relax, buon cibo e bellezza.
Pros:

Struttura moderna ed elegante ma che cura e valorizza la propria storia (andate a guardare la stube!)
Camera confortevole con una splendida vista; spa e sala relax assolutamente da provare; menù diverso ogni sera, cucina eccellente; pulizia top; accoglienza e gentilezza staff ineccepibili.

Acolhedora, trabalho excelente
Pros:

A acomodação era perfeita, a recepção do hotel foi muito acolhedora, até me esperaram para o jantar. Além disso, demonstraram maior cuidado com o check out, que era muito cedo, e até prepararam uma refeição para que eu levasse. De longe o melhor hotel onde já fiquei pelo mundo.

La habitación y la amabilidad y profesionalidad del personal. El aparcamiento muy amplio. La cena y el desayuno muy variados y de excelente calidad. La información y la organización de excursiones. Las vistas desde el comedor

Cons:

La ubicación, buena pero un pelín alejada del centro de Dobbiaco. Un centro de difícil aparcamiento.

It was fine, but we’d had a better hotel stay already in the Dolomites so we had been spoiled.
Pros:

The hotel has lots of old charm character.

Cons:

I would have liked the pool area to have more of the outside as the weather was hot. So we didn’t use those facilities

Excellent hike recommendations from the staff to make the most of our time in the Sesto region of the Dolomites.
Pros:

Breakfast buffet was extensive, with lots of healthy options. The staff offered great recommendations for hikes and were always kind and helpful. The location (in front of train and bus station) was excellent! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The spa was accessible , incredible and helped ease sore muscles.

Cons:

Nothing! It was great!

The Dolomites are spectacular!!!!! The view from my room and balcony. A spotless hotel.
Pros:

The reception made sure I had a room with an outstanding view and large balcony.
I really appreciated the well placed historic, antique pieces of furniture, etc from the family's heritage.
Excellent location and the breakfast variety was very good. Dinner was tasty too.

Cons:

My room was cold during my first couple of days. When I asked for a small portable electric heater to plug into the wall, the hotel said it had none. No effort was made to see what could be offered to me, the guest.
This was unacceptable for a 4 star hotel, no matter what season.

The bathroom towel rack was unheated throughout my stay. Why have one if it doesn't function??

At dinner, I was charged for simple tap water in a jar!!!
This is a sad way to make extra profit.
Unless a guest specifically asks for special bottled water, water should be at no cost.

Very nice hotel with swimming pool and wellness
Pros:

The breakfast with a lot of options and even someone to have eggs cooked in front of you, live.

Cons:

It was not said we have to book the half board option if we want to eat in the hotel’s restaurant in the evening. However the staff was very nice and allowed us to take this option. During the breakfast, you have the menu of the evening and you can decide to take it or not.
