Pros:

Tutto lo staff molto cortese,gentile e disponibile. Molto apprezzata la possibilità della piscina termale, anche per i bambini fino alle 16 e la sauna. Molto buono,in generale il cibo, grande comodità il servizio navetta sempre disponibile. Posizione strategica per visitare l' isola.
Bel terrazzo spazioso dove poter stendere bene le cose del mare, come il bagno anche molto grande e comodo.
Mini club presente ma non invasivo, se si è in albergo i bambini possono andare e venire a piacimento e volendo, cenare là con gli altri bambini.

Cons:

Il letto a castello troppo datato e molto rumoroso di notte ad ogni piccolo movimento del bambino, senza protezione nella parte della testiera.
Un solo cambio di lenzuola a settimana, gli altri a pagamento, cosa che ci ha lasciato un po' perplessi poiché trattasi di un family hotel e con i bambini è frequente avere necessità più cambi in una settimana.

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. We want to go back but next time will try to get a studio instead of a hotel room because we missed a bit to cook together while in vacation. However the food at the restaurant was good . Just the buffet was quite too repetitive. Otherwise good.

Cons:

We did not like the fact that the hotel did not have any convention with a beach facility. We usually went to San montano beach but we had to pay extra 30 € per day to get an umbrella and chairs. We had the possibility to go to San montano public beach but we would have to take our own umbrella and chairs and it was not doable for us. So we just accepted to pay extra 30 £ per day, or better saying half day since we were arriving at the beach usually at 9.30 am and leaving at 1.30 pm.

PESSIMA ESPERIENZA SUL FINALE. PREZZO NON INDICATO.
Soggiorno dal 20 al 22/07 con solo colazione. Leggiamo volantino in hotel: "Se desideri un pranzo al sacco rivolgiti alla reception, saremo lieti di prepararlo per te". Nessun prezzo, nessuna scritta "a pagamento".
Lo chiediamo, in reception non ci comunicano alcun costo. Al check-out troviamo addebitati 20€ come EXTRA LUNCH.
Contenuto per 20€: 2 acque piccole, 2 panini mignon e 1 panino asciutto prosciutto e formaggio. non ci è stata data nemmeno la possibilità di scegliere come volere il panino. Valore reale 6€ al supermercato a 2 minuti dall’hotel..
Facciamo notare che non era indicato da nessuna parte e la risposta è stata "non era in omaggio". Certo, ma il prezzo va detto PRIMA, non al check-out quando devo prendere il traghetto.
Ho foto del volantino senza prezzo e scontrino da 20€ a prova.
Non è per i 20€, ma per una questione di rispetto.

Relax in famiglia
Pros:

La pulizia della camera, la spa aperta anche ai bambini, il servizio navetta e l' efficienza e cortesia del personale

Cons:

Anche se non ne ho usufruito, la cena con un prezzo fisso senza la possibilità di scegliere alla carta.

piacevole e rilassante
Pros:

Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro e la spiaggia, anche grazie ad una navetta efficientissima. camera comoda e pulita. piscina comodissima. colazione buona. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi richiesta

Pros:

Struttura che dedica tanto tempo ed impegno per i bambini, tutto lo staff e' stato superlativo. Servizio Navetta con persona garbata e disponibile. Accoglienza, serietà e professionalità. Noi come famiglia ci siamo sentiti a casa. Ristorazione eccellente, chef e camerieri da serie A.

Friendly staff
I got a fridge in the room and seperate beds as I asked. Thank you.
The facility as such was nice.

Cons:

Breakfast: It was okay but to simple. Not all the bread was fresh - maybe from yesterday. Eggs overcooked. Only eggs as hot dish
Dinner: Again: it was okay, but to simple. Fish and meat often overcooked/dry. Dessert to simple and the cake was dry. Maybe from yesterday?
Beds to hard.
15 minutes before check out the cleaning lady rushed us

Pros:

La disponibilità di tutto il personale , in particolare il signor Samir che con la navetta ( ottimo servizio ) ci ha accompagnato e ripreso in spiaggia con disponibilità e cortesia da top service. La gentilezza è un must di questo Hotel.

Cons:

la mancanza di retine per zanzare alle finestre . Ultima notte è stata una vera e propria battaglia con questi insetti devastanti. Eppure basterebbero semplici retine alle finestre , non tutti preferiscono stare chiusi con l'aria condizionata.
Altro modesto suggerimento è il frigo in camera, meglio avere un distributore per piano ma refrigerato che tanti piccoli frigo che oltre a consumare energia non raffreddano neanche il filo che li collega.

Pros:

Nous avons été superbement accueilli par toute l'équipe de l'hôtel. Tout le monde a été aux petits soins avec nous. Les repas sont copieux et très bons. C'est un excellent rapport qualité/ prix.
L'extérieur de l'hôtel est agréable avec sa piscine extérieure. Les massages sont excellents si vous souhaitez vous relaxez en supplément.
Notre chambre avec balcon était confortable.
Nous conseillons cette hôtel, d'autant plus de part sa situation idéale pour visiter l'île et sa proximité avec le village de Forio, sans oublier sa navette gratuite pour s'y rendre. Un grand merci à tout le personnel pour leur gentillesse et leur serviabilité ! 🙏
