Il casale, ristorante le camere deluxe oltre che il bel ristorante, la tranquillità del luogo, insomma è stata una vera scoperta… inoltre l’accoglienza per i cani è stata splendida… sicuramente ci torneremo

FINE DI UN INCUBO(LA PEGGIORE VACANZA DEI MIEI PRIMI 61 ANNI)

Soggiorno estremamente deludente e ben lontano da quanto ci si aspetterebbe da una struttura ricettiva 4 Stelle RESORT.
La camera preciso MATRIMONIALE SUPERIOR, presentava seri problemi di pulizia e condizioni del bagno. Ancora più grave la situazione delle piscine, che abbiamo trovato sporche, poco curate e con presenza di animali infestanti, rendendole di fatto inutilizzabili(ALLEGO FOTO)
Quello che doveva essere un periodo di vacanza si è trasformato in una continua fonte di disagio e insoddisfazione. Ritengo inaccettabile pagare una cifra importante per ricevere un servizio di questo livello(PESSIMO)
Mi aspettavo tutt'altro e, alla luce della mia esperienza, non consiglierei questa struttura. Prima di prenotare, consiglio di valutare attentamente le condizioni reali della struttura e dei servizi offerti.
Reception completamente distratta. LAMENTELE FATTE A VOCE COMPLETAMENTE DISATTESE O MEGLIO NON CONSIDERATE NEANCHE MINIMAMENTE DI STRISCIO.
La strada per arrivare ha dei gravissimi problemi, NON E' SEMPLICEMENTE PRIVA DI ASFALTO, ma ha delle buche (VERI E PROPRI DOSSI) che rischiano di rovinare SERIAMENTE le macchine.

RISPONDO E ANCHE VELOCEMENTE:

HO PAGATO QUELLO CHE DOVEVO FINO ALL'ULTIMO CENTESIMO SENZA CHIEDERE NIENTE.
LE LAMENTELE SONO STATE FATTE ALLA RECEPTION E PIU' VOLTE E' STATO CHIESTO DI INCONTRARE LA PROPRIETA'(TUTTO DISATTESO)

SE SORSEGGIAVO I DRINK, GLI HO PAGATI E SICURAMENTE LA STRUTTURA CI HA GUADAGNATO(EURO 810 CIRCA TOTALE)

Posizione e struttura molto bella, staff molto competente e gentile in maniera particolare al ristorante. Unica pecca l'ultimo km 1,5 non asfaltato risulta essere molto difficoltoso soprattutto per chi viaggia in moto come noi
